Food didn't come out together, and my chicken was overcooked. Too hungry to complain. Also, we had to remind the server to get us refills when 5 of 6 peoples cups were empty. If it were busy I'd understand, but Sunday night when the place isn't half full? Just be better :)

Booked the bowling experience only to find out that the staff hadn’t reserved the lanes. Staff made no attempt to rectify the situation. Told us we could wait and if a lane became free they would put us in. Decided not to stay as it looked like we’d be waiting a while and it was the only reason for going there. Went to a different pub for food and drinks and pool instead.

I made a reservation on Thursday for Saturday during the oilers game. I specifically asked for a booth as I know they only have 4 booths at this location. I showed up at 2 and waited at the door, server said I could sit wherever. I told her I had a reservation for 2pm. All the booths were full. Manager came over and said I could sit at a table until a booth opened up. The point of making a reservation was not that I thought it would be busy, but I wanted a booth.

I made a reservation on the app three days prior (for bowling and a bite to eat) for my step-son’s birthday. My fiancé, step son & myself showed up at our time with a reservation code through email and text as I had to confirm 2 times . Unfortunately when we got there they had a fundraiser setting up and we couldn’t bowl. We got sat at a busy booth , and we had three different servers come up to us to take our order not knowing what one to the next was doing or where to go. We got the wrong drink order twice, and on top of that our starters were raw (jalapeño poppers). Very upsetting as it was impossible to make another reservation somewhere else at 3:45 on a Saturday.

We took my daughters friends there to celebrate her 12th party. Part of the experience was to go bowling. The day before before we find out that bowling had to end at six. So I adjusted our reservation time. Then I got a call that said I canceled. I had merely just changed it to earlier in the day. When we arrived at the brewhouse, they told us bowling was broken. 20 minutes later, our server told us we could bowl (10 minutes before it was to be shut down for a silent auction) The kids struggled to figure things out, and there were no balls Thankfully the silent auction waited for the kids to have a couple of good rounds. It was just very poorly communicated, everything was I feel as though (in general) customer service gets worse, quality gets worse and yet tipping starts at 20%

We LOVE going to the Jensen lakes Canadian Brew house! We were super stoked to see our favourite servers too! Jess and Alex, always have a great smile to greet us, super friendly conversation and they always know our order! Thank you for always welcoming us! And the nachos are epic every time!

Love the food The high top chairs are terrible, unless you are wearing jeans, you literally slide right off them. I needed to stand to eat because I had to secure myself with my hands to avoid sliding off. The noise level in this location is so loud you can’t even speak to the person across from you without yelling.

Our server was the best we’ve ever had. She was very friendly, smiley and knowledgeable. The food was great. We got two sampler platters for 12 ppl and it was perfect.

The staff are amazing. Friendly and very attentative. Food was great. They even went and put a balloon and a little glittery centetpiece on our table for my daughters birthday, when we reserved the table it gives you the option to select if its for a birthday, etc.We will be back and I highly recommend this place, especially if you are a sports fan.

Food was not up to standard both stir fry dish (noodles & rice) were very saucy (too much sauce) and very sweet look like chef poured all concentrated sauce from Jug to dish fish & chips fish had lots of oil on it

Waitress and manager were amazing! Went for Lobster night and food was great but what made our night was the service we got from Olivia and the manager which we didn’t happen to get her name. Will be back for sure!

I booked a reservation for my son's 18th family birthday party, and Holy Moly! Did you go above and beyond or what?? We all arrived together and the decorations started everything off on a really celebratory vibe. ~Thank you SO much for doing that!! For going shopping for this party specifically! The food, the many drinks, and the birthday shot for my boy made this bar our new favorite place to celebrate every upcoming occasion. The price point was SO fantastic!! <$300 for seven of us is AMAZING!!! Now onto the service: Every single moment was completely lovely. From the manager introducing herself to our servers being just as excited as we were. To the kitchen staff for all of us loving our awesome meals and to the bartenders who mixed the Jager Bombs. ~You all made this milestone birthday such a treat ♥ Thank you!!! Kimberly Davis

Disappointed that there were Zero Alberta beers on the menu. Staff were great but it was gloomy and noisy,so we didn't stay.

Poor service, food took over 45 mins to come out for wings. Had to had different waitresses to give water, more drinks & silverware. Wouldn’t be back to this location

Other than being short staffed on a Saturday at dinner time it was great! Nearly an hour from seating to food and we had to ask twice to order. The servers we did have were phenomenal as was the food and service, when we received it! Will return to the roof top for sure!

I had reserved a table sat down the table was dirty had to ask the waitress to wipe it down . Service wasn’t the greatest and food was mediocre noticed prices have gotten higher since Covid and potions getting smaller . One item was the poutine and barely anything on it .

The food was great. The service not so good. I understand they were busy. But our server didn't give us any napkins. She kept walking past us after knowing we needed them. Didn't get all our food out at once and would of been nice if she said oh the rest of your food will be here shortly.

We had reservations for Mother’s Day in the rooftop patio. It was extremely busy but we were seated at our reserved table immediately and our server came to take our order fairly quickly. The outdoor cheery environment was spacious and inviting. We will be going there again for sure. Our server was excellent!!

Food was ok. It was just warm….not hot when it arrived at the table.

Terrible service - very inattentive server and would leave the table quickly without opportunities for us to ask for things we needed (like napkins, cutlery etc)

Great food. Good service. Prices a bit high but good food, lots of choices.

When I asked our server about our extremely wobbly table if there was any way they could fix it or move us to a new table they said they couldn’t do anything about it. However moments after when my friend received her water when it was set down it instantly spilt because of how bad they table was. We put menus under the table to try and make it better but it never got better. Other than that though, great wait staff and a fun place to go and enjoy the game!
