We have been going to the Saturday night special for some time. We noticed that the steak size was much h smaller than before. It was cooked good though. A big disappointment for us was the volume in the place. It was way too loud. We could barely hear each other. We love the sports bar but the volume needs to be adjusted.

Overall it was good, went for wings and drinks… just took a bit longer for the wings to come out, some of the group wings were cold

Took a bit longer to get our food even tho it was not busy I asked our server why our food is taking so long and she told me they got a lot of mobile orders!! Other then that everything was good

Came to celebrate my boyfriends birthday & before we arrived our friends let us know about the service being slow which is fine because it was fight night - but i feel as if we were neglected, the server rushed to order our drinks & food (not even asking me just my boyfriend for his order, i had to cut in & felt like i was being rude for budging in) because she was overwhelmed but then we had the mistakes start to happen, drinks were wrong, different orders were coming to our tables, she punched in a different order, we said no this isn’t ours & we didn’t realize on the receipt that the other order was on it until she had us all rang in - we were only offered a gift card for the inconvenience due to having to find the same machine to give us our money back? I don’t know if she was new to sweving but i feel maybe this server gets overwhelmed in cases when it’s busy like this & maybe needs some coaching to help her be more consistent with tables!

It was Valentine's day so we went to enjoy the steak dinner. Food was really tasty! The steak had that flame grilled taste (which I love)! The shrimp and mashed potatoes were also quite tasty. I was impressed with the meal! Our server, Maddy, met us with a smile and answered any questions we had. She made sure our evening was enjoyable. Our table was even decorated with rose petals upon arrival. Everything about the evening was wonderful!

We came for 40oz ribeye night. The girls upstairs helped us put together a broken up bunch of reservations and got us all say together. Drinks came quickly and often, they were friendly and attentive, definitely the best part of the whole night. The med rare steaks were undercooked, as well as the mediums and the rares were overcooked, not by a lot and we ate them without complaint, the value for the meal was still great, beer was cold and plentiful, never had to wait for fresh beers the girls had our fresh beers before the old ones were finished. I don't love this place but the service keeps me coming back.

Great night, lobsters were a good size. We thought they would be small lobsters because we have never been. We thought the price was high until we saw the nice size lobsters and it was worth the money. We will definitely spread the word. People want value for their money especially in this day and age and you sure delivered what you advertised. We were all impressed. Our waitress was fabulous. She took the time to chat with us and we never seemed rushed. We will definitely be back next year with an even larger crowd.

Service hit and miss, not one seating guests but have closed off sections so you have to Walk around and look for an empty table

Sound was broken and the game sounded terrible. It ruined the whole vibe of the game. We were really disappointed. The whole reason we picked the brew house is because of the sound and the vibe. Hopefully they fix this issue or I won’t be going back here.

I love the Canadian brewhouse however it is extremely loud and then people on top of that talking, makes it very hard to have conversations with 14 people in your group

It was your average restaurant experience. Fight night. So it was packed. Service was slow. The waitress was attentive but the bar was backed up most of the fights.

I believe it was the manager who was assisting us. He was great, kind and very accommodating. Great food and awesome staff. We all had a great time !

I was very upset and disappointed. I sat with my son to have. Nice meal and conversation. The fire alarm went off. No one evacuated. The servers treated is though it was the norm. It continued to go off for 17 minutes. It ruined my meal and visit with my son. The sound was ear piercing. Very uncomfortable. In the end I spent 97.00 tipping the server 10percent. I just wanted out of the restaurant. I understand it was not the fault of the the brewhouse. But nothing was offered nothing was said it was simply business as usual. It was anything but usual. The service was great. We were greeted and seated promptly. The server was friendly and attentive but the food was lacklustre. The menu is huge which is probably the issue. Less menu items done well would be preferable to numerous mediocre items.

First time booking a party there and I will not again, it was way to loud, and I understand that we had a large group, but we should of have more then one waitress for are table, food was preorder and it still took forever to come out, even when some ppl ordered different from the preorder and that didn’t even show up in time or ppl missing items, Love the place for date nice but not a large party place

The Canadian Brewhouse is my favourite place in Fort McMurray. It’s the only place that I enjoy here in town The waitresses are amazing, friendly and professional. Food is great. Atmosphere is awesome.

Food was terrible! Lobster was like rubber and the macaroni paste was mush! Disgusting overall! Last time a purchase anything for the Brewhouse. Both times was bad. 40oz steak night and now this. Never again
