The waitress was super dismissive and rude. I understand that it is busy since it was during the playoffs but still, not sure if that’s the correct attitude to have.

We went to watch the game and were in the far back corner. The TVs in the back are small and is including other patrons had a hard time seeing very well

Loved going to the Brewhouse for football Sunday! Great deals and the manager got us a round of shots, server was super friendly and food was good as always!

Went there for the Saturday Rib Eye special. Service was spot on and the food tasted very good. Steak was a wee bit on the tough side but overall very good.

Food is all over the place, some was good with a very good value for the price, some was very salty and expensive. The noise was way too loud, but our server was very kind and wonderful to interact with.

Overall our experience was poor. Initially my reservation made online was cut down from 20 to 16 people. Thankfully I found out ahead of time when I called to inquire if I could bring a cake. They said “guess we can squeeze” four more people in and make the reservation back to 20 people. When we arrived the set up was less than ideal. The set up was five individual tables separated by a wall. I inquired if the setup could be change and was told “I guess so. We were going to do that but didn’t”! The alternative was to turn tables on one side of the wall into one long linear table. This would mean half the guests would have their backs to the guests on the other side of the wall. There was a set of tables reserved for 7PM (our reservation was 5PM) which were arranged in a more ideal fashion. I asked if we could move to this section and was told no. When that group arrived there were 8 people total with wasted space on both sides whereas our group were crammed into the individual tables. Very disappointing. We only had one waitress assigned to our tables and she was very difficult to find. It took multiple requests for things and many requests were never answered. After asking twice for plates and spoons for the cake I ended up finding the manager and she got them for us. I asked for my bill and eventually ended up going to the bar to ask if I could pay there instead. The bartended flagged down the manager and I paid with her. Food delivery was a game of roulette. There was no rhyme or reason to where food was brought and food runners resorted to standing in the vicinity of our tables and shouting “Who ordered (insert food)?” and waited until someone put up a hand. Same thing happened with drinks and multiple drinks were brought to our tables that were never ordered. Either nobody ordered that type of drink or refills were brought for guests without them asking for one. We understand it was busy but the night was just chaotic and underwhelming to say the least.

First year the steaks were really not enjoyable. Very fatty and chewy. Not even half of the steaks were enjoyable. Service was mediocre. Again, appreciating the busyness of the night but even after had to call for drinks. Best service was when we asked for the bill and server reminded us several times to tip on the original amount rather than just the bar tab. We will try the Tomahawk night again but this 40oz night is a no go.

Our seat was in a small area crowded with video games. I think your survey is skewed to guide better reviews - sound levels being "energetic" might be better labelled as "too loud"

I took my Mom here for Mother’s Day. We were both treated with a complementary lunch, which I wasn’t expecting. Plus, got a flower, and a little candy take away. My Mom had breakfast and I had a burger. Both meals were fantastic. Served nice and hot. Our mimosas were also tasty. All of the staff were very attentive and made sure that our whole meal was perfect. Thank you again Brewhouse and we will be back.

Had a very good time for the Oilers hockey game. The only problem was that the sound was very high pitched. Would be nice if they could do some adjustments to the highs in the sound system.

I went in with three of us to watch an Oilers playoff game. WOW! great atmosphere! Great service. Fun time, they had draws during the night and good music! I will definitely return.

The food (we had nachos) were warm and well presented, albeit the chips were a little salty. I think they should find chips with less salt. We also had steak bites and these are always delicious with their dipping sauce, but there were some pieces that were a bit tough, but overall they were pretty good.
