Small TVs (three had colour quality issues) from our view. Accurate reservation. Clean dining area and washroom. Food was good. Very poor service. Slow to respond to order and requests. Had to ask for drink refills. Waited for almost 25 minutes to get our bill after asking for it. Servers not trained well and not helping each other. We will not return to this location.

We visited the Brewhouse to watch the oilers playoff game, and half of the tv’s were very poor quality. Some of our group left after the 1st period and we will not be returning for future games.

Went to watch the hockey playoffs with a group of eight & there was no sound on our TV or speaker. Told the server & then the manager & they said it was a technical issue they couldn’t fix until the next day by the technician. When the actual game was finished, the TV sound came on & the speaker!! Brutal. The manger offered us a shot due to this which none of us wanted. He then took 20% off each of our bills, except mine because I already had the discount of the free appetizer from the app. Server said there can’t be two discounts! Ridiculous. Also, ordered the beer special but when the bill came there was no discount on the price. Comedy of errors. Don’t plan to go back.

Had a great time with friends before and after the hockey game. Brooklyn and the rest of the staff were excellent, also, the manager did a great job checking in on us and helping his staff when it was busy. We will be back! Thanks Guys!!!
