Love the selection of gins. The barata was so good. The duck was amazing as was the crème brûlée cheesecake!

The Service at Brickworks is top notch. Always friendly and attentive, happy to give suggestions on food and cocktails - which are amazing. If you like Gin - you have so many varieties to choose from. Craig behind the bar is exceptional with his knowledge and great attitude. Fun place - was and will be a returning customer.

We chose to dine at brickworks as it was recommended by our hotel concierge and we had a lovely meal here. The prix fix menu had ample choices and the gin cocktails were delightful. We will return!

Went here with a small group. The service was great. The menu was great - so many good options. We tried the scallops, the baked Brie, the bison short rib, arctic char and duck. Everything was well seasoned and well planned. The scallops were delicious. The artific char and duck were both overcooked and dry, not what you’d expect at a restaurant like this. Great concept, but poorly executed. I would go back and try again. It must have been an off night for the chef.

Really helpful staff - we chose the bar when booking but being from the UK, didn’t realise it meant literally eating at the bar! The lady at front and centre found us a booth straight away. Great drinks from the gin menu and fantastic food (Korean pork and 3x Arctic Char) served by our Spanish waiter who was super friendly and helpful. Only criticism (and it appears to be a local/Canadian thing) - don’t take plates away whilst others in the party are still eating! Thoroughly recommended!

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Whistler. We usually go at least two times per visit. The food is outstanding, we love the ambience and the drink menu is fabulous it is it must do if you are a gin drinker.

Tastefully decorated bar. Waiter was friendly but not always sharp to when drinks needed reordering. Compared to other places in Whistler the food is ok, you can get better quality for similar prices. The Char and risotto was warm rather than hot. We had a good night but would choose other venues in Whistler in the future.

The minor policy that kids have to leave the premises by 10pm was not informed in advance, and the only reservation available was at 8.45pm. We had to rush our dinner, which was not pleasant at all.

We had a terrific meal and excellent service. There are a good array of choices and a huge Gin menu in addition to the regular cocktail and beverage menu. We The food was well prepared and beautifully presented. Pork, fish and cauliflower were amazing mains and scallops and tuna tartare were the perfect appetizers. The staff were all friendly, well informed and professional. It was a great meal.

The food was good. Service was slow. And observed the grossest behavior by a host I’d ever seen. When host was not seating tables, he was wrapping silverware in napkins for new diners. The host, however, had a very bad habit of wiping his face, wiping his nose, playing with his thick mustache, beard and hair with his hands, then going right back to wrapping silverware for the next unsuspecting diners, no doubt chock full of skin cells and who knows what else. I reported my concern to the waiter in the most polite way possible but he seemed completely disinterested in his colleague’s behavior.

The folks behind the bar really knows their stuff when it comes to gins. We had bar seating and enjoyed the conversations. We started with Caesar Salad which was a great twist with romaine and kale. The soft boiled egg was delicious. We had the New Zealand lamb rump which was cooked perfectly with the right accompaniments. The mushroom risotto side was so delicious we ordered a second one. The staff are exceptionally friendly as is their manager. Amazing all around. Highly recommend!

Very nice restaurant with excellent food. We took for different meals and everyone absolutely loved their dishes. The environment in the restaurant was warm and a bit industrial. Ver good service as well. Can really recommend this restaurant.

We had a great meal here. Service was excellent and the food was the best we had have experienced in whistler. Laid back atmosphere. Kudo's to the chef. Pork loin chop was one of the best meals I have ever had. We will be back.
