The server was slow and non-existent. We ordered our food within 10 minutes of sitting down. It took 30 minutes to have a loaf of bread and a burrata appetizer to come to the table. The bread was not hot out of the oven, so I don’t think it should have taken 30 minutes to get. Not to mention they charge for bread and butter. We love an “upscale” restaurant that nickels and dimes us! We had advised the waiter we were on a time crunch, and he did not tell us there would be issues with food coming out of the kitchen. He never returned to our table to refill our waters or get us more drinks. It was over an hour into our meal, and we still had not gotten our entrees. We had to leave, so we cancelled our order and asked for the check. The check was wrong, but the server had it fixed. He said his manager would come over to speak with us, but that never happened. A food runner delivered our check with a small “sorry”, which we thought was strange. I threw my card in there as quickly as I could to give to the server as he walked by because there was no telling when we would see him again. We paid for our drinks, bread, and burrata and left. The whole experience was bad, and they did nothing to try to make up for it. We will not be going back.

Our server was amazing till a larger table sat down next to us, after that our service diminished considerably. Scallops were tiny, sea bass was amazing. Tenderloin was over cooked and the lamp pasta was mediocre at best . Would not come back!

The Boheme is one of the most beautiful art deco spaces I have been in. During the Brunch/day time…the light in the room really brings out all the details. I was there for brunch and you do get a lot for the money. However, I know that money is there not only for the food but the limitless alcoholic drinks. I personally don’t drink and found the price very high for something I cannot consume. I do wish there were options in that sense. That being said, it is worth the price for a special occasion for those who do enjoy crab legs and limitless mimosas.

Mother's Day brunch was great. One suggestion to the mimosas that it would been nice to bring small carafes of requested juice to make you own cocktails.

Our first time back to the Bohemian in several years and it did not disappoint. We had a very early reservation before the show at Dr. Phillips center and the dining room was nearly empty. Our two waiters were prompt and professional, made some recommendations which we took and were very happy with. Refills on our beverages were done quickly, which is always nice. The salmon was a very creative combination of textures and flavors, the sea bass was simply prepared, but perfectly done. Obviously the restaurant is expensive as expected, but certainly not overpriced.

Dominic provided excellent service. He was attentive but not overbearing. The food and cocktails were both delicious and we will certainly return the next time we’re in town.

The dinner menu was slightly expensive and the service was very slow due to the waiter handling too many tables .. the quality of the entree (braised lamb rigatoni) slightly undercooked and fatty) Price of the entrees would suggest a better quality and taste.

I normally don’t write reviews unless they are exceptional. In this case not so much. I’ve eaten at this restaurant over 50 times. I had positive experiences on all of them except last night. Monday April 29, 2024. My wife and I were going to a show at the Dr. Phillips and wanted to grab a bite before the show. I ordered a bottle of wine to go with dinner and that’s went things went from bad to worse. The first bottle of wine we ordered the waiter could not find. The second bottle of wine I ordered the waiter’s and manager could not find. I told the waiter my wife and I only drink French and Italian wines. He kept trying to push California wines on us. We finally settled on a high end French wine (first wine was $60, second wine was $100 and the third wine was $135). When the waiter finally brought our third choice, it was a white wine from the same vineyard not the red wine. We finally got the correct third wine after over 30 minutes from ordering the first wine. During this process the manager came over who was completely useless and quite frankly rude. You would think a fine dining restaurant would keep their wine inventory up to date and not put a server in a position they had to search the restaurant for a bottle of wine. Unbelievable this could happen.

The music is WAY too loud - and frankly, not that great, The seafood and service is fantastic, but seriously, the noise level makes the experience almost unbearable!

Service was great. Food was well presented. The lobster/crab bisque soup was wonderful but the garnish of greens was unexpectedly bitter and took away from the otherwise excellent flavors. The bread was excellent. The cheesecake was good but nothing to write home about.

Lovely place to dine before the opera at the Dr. Phillips Center which is located about 300 feet away! We were able to eat quickly and well as our server understood the assignment of getting us to the show on time. We had some lovely perfectly cooked salmon and shared a green salad. I also appreciated lots of great choices of wine by the glass!

We had the jazz brunch to celebrate our anniversary. The food was really good and the music was incredible. It was so awesome to see the musicians having fun and enjoying themselves. We loved when the musicians walked around and we got to enjoy their talent table side. Our waitress Raquel was incredibly helpful and we never had to look for her. She was always checking in us to see if we needed anything from the kitchen and constantly refilling our bottomless mimosas. We were very happy with our experience!

First of all— there were only reservations available at 10:30am, so we booked an early brunch. Upon arrival, the restaurant was completely empty! We were given a seat that was very uncomfortable, if you are over 6ft tall the bench seats are unbearable. Our waitress paid us no attention because we were not guest of the hotel. Tables next to us who were hotel guest were giving preferential service. I am very disappointed in my experience. Our waitress informed us that there was a 2 hour time limit on brunch, how ever she brought us our check one hour into the service, we informed her we still had an hour left. From that point on she was not attentive at all. We asked for one round of mimosas before we left and she brought us “pre-batched” heavy OJ mimosas.

The environment was very delightful and elegant. The food was not worth the price & was extremely spicy, we weren’t notified before hand the spice level, the chicken was dry as well. Our server was nice but he was hard to get a hold of.

The staff were super welcoming and the ambiance was elegant and relaxing. Carl, our server, made sure we were completely satisfied and is very knowledgeable about the food options on the menu. The food itself was amaaaaaazing. Our tastebuds were introduced to some really unusual flavors. Defense recommend this restaurant for business dinners, birthday dinners or just an elegant night out.

Sunday Jazz Brunch was a wonderful experience with friends. The music and food stations were in the rotunda. There were a number of dishes that came from the kitchen and served at a nice pace. We enjoyed the simplicity of the seafood and the preparation of the cooked foods. The crepe station was a favorite. The service was attentive and friendly. I look forward to going back.

Excellent. Expect to pay for Valet services. Last year the valet was covered by verification of restaurant. This year for a little over an hour it cost $15.

Walking in, I didn’t like their lobby redo. Much preferred the old lobby. The Easter decorations in the lobby were not attractive. Once seated the waiter explained the Brunch menu. There was a good selection of items to choose from. Everything I ate was delicious. The waiter had to be constantly reminded to bring items requested. I forgive him, as he had many tables to take care of. The norm these days. He was very polite and otherwise attentive.

We have visited many times for special occasions (Easter, Mothers Day, birthdays) over the last 10 years. It is always a great atmosphere (the renovations are beautiful) but the amount of food selection has greatly decreased over the years making the value very disappointing. The food is very tasty but the displays are very lack luster and skimpy. The dessert display was extremely small and sad. For the cost, the value is no longer there. Our waiter was very pleasant but the service was very slow. I am not sure if they were trying to minimize the food quantity but it was definitely noticeable. The activities staff running the special event for children were amazing and a huge recovery to the lack of food and slow service. Thank you for taking the time and effort to make my son feel so special!

We were staying at the Grand Bohemian and so happy we decided to have dinner at The Boheme! Our server, Chester, was amazing! The wine list is tremendous but the food was wonderful! It’s a perfect restaurant to have a date night! Thanks to everyone at The Boheme!!

No matter how many times I come here, I am just so impressed by the professionalism and expertise of the restaurant staff. The hostesses are warm, my server is knowledgeable and pays attention to detail, and the cuisine staff delivers. I was hesitant to try a dish because I desired a substitution, and my waitress assured me the kitchen staff could accommodate. My lamb rigatoni was exquisite. Thank you for a wonderful experience and very delicious meal.

We arrived early at restaurant opening as the piano music was starting to play. Dominic was kind and attentive and helped us throughout our time at dinnner. We started out with the country bread and butter spread along with the wagyu carpaccio. The serving sizes for these two appetizers are HUGE and recommend you visit with an empty stomach! My husband had the lamb rigatoni (which was delicious) while I had the half chicken. The sauce and potatoes were great, but the chicken was incredibly hot, leading the meat to be more stringy and dry, which was really disappointing. All in all, I would recommend the beef or lamb dishes if you want something more succulent - I wish I had done that! We'll be back when we're in town regardless.

Disappointing. My husband and I are Orlando locals who have heard/read good things about The Boheme and so we decided to go for breakfast for our 13th wedding anniversary as a special treat. The Boheme is a beautiful hotel. The restaurant was beautiful. The menu is small. $21 for eggs, bacon, toast and "crispy" fingerling potatoes. I was fine with the price as I said it was a special day. My husband had the cajun eggs Benedict. The food came out quick. But it was terrible. I asked for my eggs scrambled hard and they came out undercooked and wet. I requested new eggs and they came back to the table about 15 mins later at which point I had finished what I did have on my plate. Now my husband's egg Benedict. 🤢 It was gross. Granted as above I am not a fan of undercooked eggs but this egg was beyond undercooked. As we watched the yolk slipped out of the raw egg whites and grossed us both out. The plate was wet, the English muffins were soggy and wet. He stopped eating. We had to put the plate away from us so we wouldn't be sick. It was labeled as cajun but there was not a hint of spice or even black pepper. They did give us complimentary mimosas for our anniversary so there's that. If a manager had approached we would have shared this information. Seriously do not go here if you want a good breakfast. We have learned our lesson that expensive does not equal good.
