Here at The Boathouse we are proud to offer a warm Scottish welcome. Our hearty menu is inspired by the fantastic range of options Scotland has to offer. We have a passion for using seasonal, local produce and are here to ensure our guests have the very best dining experience.

We are delighted to serve up an array of home cooked Scottish favourites including freshly landed fish and chips, The Boathouse steak pie, haggis, neeps and tatties and many other classics.

Our bar area offers a warm and cosy welcome whether your tipple is a beer, wine, cocktail, gin or dram.

And don’t forget we have the most fabulous outdoor seating overlooking the stunning Loch, the perfect spot on a sunny day. We also have a small number of outdoor covered bothies available.

We are dog friendly and serve up a special menu for our four legged friends created by our friends

We were late for our table due to an accident on the road and the staff at The Boathouse could not have been any more accommodating for us even when arriving just after their kitchen was due to close. Fantastic service! Thanks again guys

Excellent food and service combined with beautiful views over Loch Tay. We were particularly pleased with the service which was so efficient and professional. The waiting team were all so friendly and helpful! Thank you!

Had a good choice of starter's, main meals and desserts, although busy the night we attended the staff did their best in keeping up with the service always cheerful and nothing was any trouble. The surroundings and views are something to see well worth a visit, they include a service charge on your bill with the option to pay it or not I would have preferred it wasn't included and had the choice of leaving it for the server

Food was excellent, as was the service. It was relatively quiet when we were there mid afternoon on a Thursday. 10% tip is added to bill which we weren’t advised of. We were going to leave a 10% tip anyway, so all was good. Prices are a bit expensive but worth it.

Excellent service, really friendly staff and the food was great. We had the fish and chips which was cooked beautifully in a light batter, and the steak and sausage pie which was full of meat in a nice rich sauce. The salted caramel cheesecake was like a mousse like texture and to die for. They even catered for my dog who literally inhaled the food. Will definitely be back at some point.

Nice food. Huge portions & staff were lovely! We stayed in the camping dome and ate here two nights and both nights were great!
