The service was excellent and the food was good but not memorable. You eat here because of the destination and convenience of being in the heart of Beverly Hills knowing that you will get good quality food and service. I wouldn’t go out of my way just to eat at THE Blvd. The restaurant really needs a signature entree.

we had to enter my credit card into the computer to pay to my friend. I was sent a link, I filled out everything, I was charged $1, and in the end the server said the card didn't exist. paying valet when he did not want to park the car which was still a C8 corvette, we would have liked it to be in a more secure place.

I was entertaining clients and the loved the "pretty women" martini and the Truffle fries. Server was attentive but not obtrusive. The view up Rodeo Drive is ridiculous! Loved it.

This is one the best restaurant in Los Angeles hands down. Reason: Great food, Awesome service and the beautiful view of the luxurious Rodeo Drive. I will definitely return here. Did I say the food was delicious! I have been in the food world around the world. Lots of great restaurants In this caliber but, horrible service so I give it to you guys great job!

Came here to connect with an old colleague I hadn't seen in a while, and it was the perfect place. Attentive but not overbearing staff, noise level was perfect for casual conversation, and we were stumped over what to order because it was all so enticing. The food is expensive, but it's a great experience.

It was my sister’s birthday, and it truly could not have been better. While the prices were really high, the quality was absolutely exceptional. The icing on the cake was the free, exquisite dessert complete with the wonderful pictures taken by the impeccably trained staff. Pure bliss.

Took a client out for her birthday...we love the history of this hotel, and wanted to try a new lunch spot. The service was awful! There were several (6-8) servers in the restaurant, however they spent more time talking to each other instead of serving the customers. We had to flag our waiter down several times --need more iced tea, can we get condiments, can we see the dessert menu, can we get our check. Very disappointing. And embarrassing with our client. Sad. :(

Service staff aren’t that friendly and approachable, as a hotelier I observed on how they choose their customers, they gave more attention to “super-rich looking customers”. They need more training to be a good service staff. Disappointed but ambiance is good.

When we arrive I request be seated outside ( big big , huge mistake ) my cousin has allergies and he don’t whant make uncomfortable the rest of the guests . I think no one waitress was assigned our table . Was a person working at the hotel who is not a waitress who caming and bring the drinks at first .maybe 20 minutes later they take our orden and the waitress back with out food maybe 40 minutes latas . Never we was asking to refill our drinks . I need to ask for cream to my coffee. Asking 4 times to star the heater. I totally understand I request be seated outside but the host lets us do it. The only think she say was : maybe will be cold . Never explain is not waitress for us outside . I don’t think I’ll be back and if I do I will make sure asking for to go food and I will serve for my self at the table when I arrive . No need to waiting to long, I can drink the same bad coffee at the Waldorf Astoria lobby with a better service at the same price. We don’t say nothing at the moment . We never will make anyone day miserable. The important for us was we was there with a rodeo drive view as we wanted. Have a good day

My husband ate at The Blvd this trip since Cut was closed. It turned out to be a wonderful meal. Highly recommend the ceasar salad, the chef has done a unique twist to the usual dressing. I got the chicken, which had nice flavor, and my husband git the wagyu rib steak, which was also cooked perfectly. We ended meal with the snickers dessert! Also, very good service!

It ain’t what it used to be! The only bread was the $24 Parker House Rolls with truffles. I asked if there was other bread and I was told “Yes, we have white and rye.” It turned out that was sliced bread for sandwiches! The best part was that my stamped parking slip reduced the cost from $20 to $10.

Great service and a classic place (popular from Pretty Woman). The drinks are tasty and the food is good. It is more of a place to be for the atmosphere of Beverly Hills so can be a bit touristy but I don't mind. I enjoyed the music (Thursday night) and the service the most.

Dining at THE BLVD in its self is always a special occasion. I have dined at THE BLVD on countless occasions and to this day I've never had a bead experience. This passed Dec. 12th my friend Raul and I went for lunch . Immediately upon arrival we where greeted by our excellent server David. I have to say there's very few restaurants where I've dined where I did not have to see the menu even once. And I'm happy to say that I've had the pleasure to have experience Michelin star restaurants all over the world. David started as off with a glass of Far Niente Chardonnay from Napa. He then proceeded to bring out 1 dozen raw oisters with a dozen jumbo shrimp, 6 iced and sauteed with garlic and butter. For the main course he brought out crispy skin salmon over couscous and arugula. To Top off our lunch he brought out a couple of desserts (I wish I could say the name but it was a surprise) and a couple of espressos. Thank David for an outstanding service !

The place and food are as great as always, we got the window seats that can see through radeo drive, the atmosphere was awesome, but the server was too busy to take care of us, need to wait for 10 minutes or more for any simple ask.

The service and food were both outstanding. The oysters and salad were outstanding. The steak was good as well. Cocktails and coffee were excellent. I will definitely return soon!
