Sceptical on arrival when NO ONE was in the restaurant at 6:45pm on a Saturday night. Service was very cordial and helpful but the food was very underwhelming for the price. Obviously why no one is coming back.

We took some family from out of town to have some sushi. We were very pleased with the food and Grant took great care of us!

Great place for sushi. Very nice ambiance and service was excellent. Food was very good and plenty of choices for folks that like cooked fish too.

The food was just ok. We expected more. We frequent sushi restaurants and had high hopes for this one. The Brussel sprouts were by far the best part of the meal. The rolls were just ok. Nothing exciting. My husband has felt ill since we ate there. It’s been an bummer for him to have GI issues on our vacation. Our server was great. Very attentive and good vibe. Overall, very underwhelmed by this restaurant.

Great experience. Super nice waitress and amazing food. If I were to go back I’d probably only stick to sushi, simply because it was so so so good. But everything was delicious and I’m glad we had a variety.

My wife and I tried this place for the first time. Menu was innovative compared to other sushi spots in Waikiki. Our waitress Sarah was attentive, friendly, and all around outstanding. I would like to have seen a larger wine selection but this was not a really big deal. We will be back next time we visit.

We had a great meal at The Blue Fish. We were able to sit outside away from street and pedestrian traffic while enjoying the warm weather. The server was very attentive and the food came out at a nice pace. The yuzu sake cocktail was exceptionally tasty and went well with the fresh sushi we had. The sauces were applied as compliments to the fish vs. smothering the dish which was such a nice change.

Service was awful. Drinks took 30 minutes in a near empty restaurant. Everything was over cooked. The only food worth eating was Wagyu. Forgot soda. No fizz. No help, still billed.
