    We loved the vibe & will come back. Our server was lovely but I felt we might have been a tiny bit forgotten — but all good. My patty melt was good (a little too done), the fries were delicious, and my husband loved his salad. Friendly people, beautiful environment & good food. Thank you!!

    The Blackbird sits quietly on a corner but shouldn't be overlooked! It's a great little place with a good bar area and extensive snack/appetizer menu. I could make a meal of the olive-infused French bread with Pecorino. The dinner menu is varied and changes daily, with locally sourced options suitable for vegans, pescatarians and carnivores. Several GF options too.

    Our service was wonderful. Unfortunately the food was not. The chef must really love sauces because every dish - including my salad - was drenched in some type of sauce. The main dish wasn’t allowed to be tasted as the sauces overpowered everything. It was very disappointing as we had selected this restaurant as a kind of splurge during our trip to the area.

    By far the best meal I’ve had in a long time. Great service and nice ambiance. Highly recommend.

    We made a late reservation, got there early but we're taken right to our table. Server very good, food hot, delicious. Would recommend gladly!

    This place has been on our "must try" list for MONTHS. We finally stopped in the other night and it was a pretty big let down. The drinks were great but the Caesar salad was boring (croutons were delicious though), the steak that one of our friends got was super salty, and everything else was just forgettable. I will say, the goat cheese/cornbread dish was delicious and very well made! Everything else was boring and way more expensive than what it is worth. For four people we spent $300, (two cocktails, a Caesar salad, and four entrees). Definitely NOT bad pricing for a party this size but again, the food was just average and not worth that.

    We ate brunch at the Blackbird and it was delicious! The beignets were very hot when they arrived at our table and were a sweet treat. Our entrees were cooked to order and were very tasty. Our waitress was super nice and attentive. We enjoyed our visit!

    The food was fantastic! Excellent grits and sausage gravy. Jacob was an excellent server!

    Great brunch spot on a Sunday morning. The staff, service and food were great and awesome cocktails. Fun and lively vibe, great for a group.

    Our server, Sarah, was outstanding! She is a real credit to your restaurant. Our food was delicious. I have already recommended to a friend who will be visiting Asheville soon.
