It will now be our family tradition to visit The Black Sheep every time we visit Las Vegas. A true hidden gem!

Food was pretty good, sauces and flavors were amazing, some temperatures were off (not as warm or hot as needed for a few dishes). Since we were only party in the restaurant for most of the meal, should have been no issues with delay to bringing to table from kitchen. Also the music was so loud and a horrible mismatch to the restaurant/cuisine (hardcore rap)… was actually painful to sit though dinner listening to it, really ruined the enjoyment of the food. Made a comment to server who indicated it was the standard playlist and made no effort to change or reduce volume. Therefore, we actually rushed through dinner just to be able to leave the music. Could have been a better experience.

Black Sheep was exactly what I thought it would be. Chef and owner Jamie Tran is so creative. Her combination of flavors is just what I thought it would be. Awesome!

Absolutely amazing! the food was delicious and our server Bri was a phenomenal human being! everything we ate was out of this world!

We had an unbelievably inhospitable experience. First of all, their menu reads a LOT better than the food is. We had a 9:00 reservation and arrived promptly. They say they are open until 10pm. We ordered 3 appetizers to start. All 3 of them came out at the same time within 5 min of ordering. We wanted to order the $48 ribeye to share, but it came with horseradish mashed potatoes and my wife is allergic to horseradish. The entree below the ribeye came with au gratin potatoes. We asked if they could substitute the au gratin for the horseradish mash and explained our allergy situation. They said they do not make substitutions. Really? We're taking about putting one different item on the plate that is already prepared in your kitchen. So, instead we ordered 2 more appetizers and asked that they not come out as quickly because we were still working on the first 3. Our waiter acknowledged that, but brought another appetizer out immediately anyway. We now had 4 appetizers on our table, all of them getting cold and soggy. When we complained about that he said that the kitchen was closing at 9:30. How is that our fault when you say you're open until 10pm and you take reservations for 9pm? We asked for the manager, who basically just grunted at us. We cancelled the rest of our order and left. We drove a long way from the Vegas strip to try this place, based on how good the menu looked and we were treated like we were inconveniencing them. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

You have to get the Oxtail Empanadas and the Salmon Skin tacos.

Food was great! Portions were small for the price they charged. The pour of the wine was very stingy co siderite g the price. Service was excellent,

Took my wife for a Mother’s Day dinner last night and we both had our minds blown. It’s like eating at one of those places where you question yourself as to whether you’ve ever eaten real food before this point. We can’t say enough great things about Black Sheep and can’t wait to return!
