Took advantage of the two for two special while traveling, everything about this restaurant is worth a trip . The chicken and ricotta pillow dishes are elevated, atmosphere, pleasant, and excellent service.

We went for my boyfriends birthday and had an amazing time. Our waiter was fabulous and gave us some great recommendations on both drinks and food. I got the ricotta pillows and it was the best dish I have had in a long time! My boyfriend got the pork chop and said it was a very well balanced dish. Our favorite food of the evening was the Tarte Flambee. We would both highly recommend the Bistro!

It was Friday and Scallops special which meant they ran out of scallops before our reservation at 7PM. Trout was very good but had to send the first serving of meatloaf back because it was cool and the second was actually quite mushy in the center. Maybe that's how they like it in Europe?

GREAT PLACE! Had the escargot, venison tenderloin, and short ribs, all of which was amazing. Can’t go wrong with the Bistro. A must try when in Jackson Hole!

Service was very poor. They were way too busy and were overwhelmed. The staff was running through the dining room making it less than enjoyable for the patrons who had waiters and waitresses running by their tables. Everyone continued to apologize because they knew the service was bad but that does not help the folks that are there for an evening out and just have to deal with it.

Always a great time at the Bistro. Drinks, tuna tartar, wine, duck confit, and steak were all superb. Great and friendly service combined with great ambiance and cuisine. If you’re in Jackson Hole and you don’t eat here, you didn’t really visit Jackson Hole. Give it a try!

A favorite place for lunch or dinner. Meal is always delicious. Good variety of lunch and dinner options. We like that they will allow diners to share and they serve it halved and don't make us divide it up!! Service is always good and we appreciate not being rushed.

Great meal, fun family vibe. Our favorite restaurant in town is The Kitchen, so we were excited to learn they own a few more places in Jackson. The raw bar tuna had a little too much aioli for me, but everything else we ate was out of this world. Maybe the best Caesar salad I’ve ever eaten…and I’m still dreaming about the pear blue cheese appetizer tart.

The drinks and food are always good. Margaret served our table and she was delightful and never rushed us...thank you. We surprised our friend who was having a birthday in a few days as previous years we have celebrated mine. Disappointing that no dessert with a candle in it came his way. The moules and frites are a favorite, lamb shank unbelievably done to perfection and like that we can share a salad.

One of my favorite restaurants in Jackson! Always amazing food. Our server, Gaby, provided great service. Sam, the manager, was running a busy Easter morning very efficiently with excellent attention to the guests.

Wonderful French food. Loved the oysters, the duck is phenomenal. Hubby had venison tenderloin and said it was spectacular. Taylor was wonderful. She took great care of us.

While the food was delicious, it was warm, not hot. Waitstaff could have been more attentive. We sent back the first bread basket as it had been in the oven too long and was hard. Even the waitstaff said so - so why did she bring it to the table? Curious....

I eat here about once a week. Escargot - i suggest ordering with toast points, is the best I’ve ever had except two places- Bistro 310 and Toulouse in Dallas texas has them beat. The Tuna tartare is great, beat salad is great - Do not order the Dover Sole I’m sad to say had to pick around to find edible bites- way too fishy - picked off the unfortunate wasted roe and ate it instead of the fishy fishy sole and filling, great restaurant first bad entree.

We ordered specialty cocktails and oysters they were both yummy! The service was exceptional! Dinner was a Caesar salad and NY strip which was cooked perfectly. Very nice restaurant !

We’d wanted to try this bistro for awhile based on nice ambiance and location. Menu looked great too, but unfortunately, the food quality was very poor. Cold soup, paltry and too greasy burger, and unpalatable beet salad. Service was friendly and cocktail was excellent. Would not recommend or go back.

The Bistro is always a great place for dinner in Jackson with a unique menu selection. Our group of four each ordered a different entree (chicken, brisket, mussels, pork chop) and everyone was very pleased with their food. The calamari and tequila/cilantro oyster shooters were delicious starters and the chocolate lava cake was a delightful end to the meal (which we all shared!). The wait staff was very personable but could have stopped by more often to check if we needed anything. Due to our schedule, we had to reserve dinner at 5:00 and the place was pretty quiet; by the time we left at 7:00, the noise level was picking up but not too annoying. I definitely recommend the Bistro.

The gentleman who showed us to our table was very nice, he fixed the table wobble and was welcoming. The waitress was standing offish and borderline rude. Perfunctory service. Food good. Room loud.

Food was amazing. Foie Gras and Charcuterie were delicious. Best Foie Gras I have had since living in Lyon. Mussels were amazing and bread dipped into broth was to die for. We actually ate a table in the lobby since restaurant was crowded and loud. Our server Sienna was great and made sure we never ran out of drinks or food. Look forward to going back next time I’m in Jackson Hole.

I went here with my teenage kids during a ski trip to Jackson. The environment is high energy modern, which we enjoyed. Good was excellent. We started with escargot and a Caesar salad. We then ordered the portobello mushrooms, roasted chicken and venison. All were excellently presented, very flavorful and just the right amount of food. The BARREL AGED BOULEVARDIER was very well made — just the right amount of bitter from the Campari. Only criticism would be that the food arrived too fast. We had barely finished the appetizer that the mains showed up.

Local town gem. Service is very dialed in - I have never been sitting more than 15/20 minutes tops without having eye contact with a manager, bartender, another table server, or my own nodding as if to see if I need anything ( big difference than servers head down with ear plugs in ). They are very observant of high clientele needs, often amazing me in and out of season their gift of accommodation. Excellent at coursing meals. Spotless and appreciated as a germ phobe. Excellent meal.
