The greeting was inviting from the moment I arrived. When my guests arrived, we asked to dine outside and were immediately accommodated. The food arrived timely and it was tasty. The environment was friendly and relaxing. I will dine there again.

As I mentioned before in my reviews we keep going back and we are not disappointed. Brought some friends this time. They had never been there and they were so happy they decided to join us. Everything is so consistent there.

Our server was great - and super patient. We were that table of women that kept talking and not figuring out what we wanted to order - and she was so nice about it. All of us enjoyed the lobster bisque and split an order of the delicious crushpuppies (hushpuppies with crab). The others enjoyed the Ahi Tuna and fried shrimp. The portion of the blackened shrimp egg rolls was very generous and delicious. Thanks for a great night with friends!

Food is really good. I felt as though we could have gotten a little more food for what we paid, but it is a seafood restaurant in Buckhead. So I get that. We’ll go back again!

The kids' shrimp meal was really salty, and I had to send it back two times. The oysters were good. The serving of calamari wasn't the best; it had a lot more banana peppers than anything else. Also, it felt like it was just a handful of food, as if they went into the bag, grabbed a handful, and fried it. A little disappointing, but overall, I can't really say that they had bad service. They were on top of everything. Everybody was moving extremely fast, and they came to you with no complaints when you needed to remove something or get something changed. It seems like the kitchen is all over the place.

Used to be a regular good value Friday night date night. Portion sizes have been significantly reduced against a back drop of price increases. I now compare BK pricing with higher end establishments.

The food was bland. The crab dip was tasteless and seemed previously frozen. The eggs rolls were greasy and lacked seasoning. The blackened salmon was tasteless and over cooked.

We always enjoy the Big Ketch! I must say we were all very disappointed that the Fish dip and Pita chips are off the menu! Please think about putting it back! (Saltines and crab and shrimp dip don’t measure up to fish dip)

The shrimp tacos and grouper sandwich were pretty good, as were the hush puppies. The blue crab claws had almost no meat on them and the ones that had a little meat were a weird texture. I wish I could remember our server's name - he was terrific.

The food overall very good. The atmosphere was a little lacking for the overall price paid but very clean and and old school decor.

They did not even acknowledge our reservation, we waited 10 minutes and then were placed at a table in the corner and forgotten.

The food was delicious. Pricing was as expected. They didn’t have our table for our reservation at our time, so had to wait. They wanted to put us on the patio, even though we selected inside instead of patio when making our reservation. Other than that, it was a great experience. And even with that, we had about every employee stop by the front to make sure we had been helped when we were waiting up front.

I do believe the Sea Bass I ordered was the best yet. I was very happy with all the choices. I had grilled Oysters, Sea Bass, and my friend had Tacos. Everything including the services was spot on.

My husband and I were traveling to Savannah and stopped in for lunch. He had the lobster roll with Brussels sprouts and I had the blackened grouper sandwich with fries (very good.) The food was delicious! Both the lobster and grouper were cooked perfectly and tasted really good. To top it off, the bread was the perfect match and it was fresh. To complete the meal, we had the chocolate mousse and it was so creamy and delicious. We would highly recommend this little hidden gem!

The overall experience was simply amazing! From the wait staff to the management they were very casual but attentive to our needs. We had grilled oysters, crushpuppies, wedge salad, Lobster Roll + the Mederteranian Bowl with Atlantic Salmon. EVERYTHING we had tantalized our taste buds and satisfied our hunger for seafood! There were so many other great options on the menu that we've already planned our next night out there and will be bringing some friends with us!

Great food - very flavorful crab and lobster bisque. The portions were generous, I could not finish meal - nice lunch for the next day :)

I made a reservation. They tried to seat us on the patio. Heaters were overwhelming, so we asked to move inside. No tables but we were fine to wait, so we sat at the bar. We told them we’d wait there. They never came to seat us at the table. After 30 min we decide to order at the bar. Food was terrible and overpriced. Won’t be back.

I was looking for a nice casual restaurant in the Buckhead area where my friend was staying. The Big Ketch has really good food, the cocktails were excellent, and we did not feel rushed visiting with a longtime friend, enjoying the evening catching up with each other. The parking was perfect, as it is always difficult to find parking in Buckhead. I highly recommend this restaurant for its nice casual setting and great food and service.
