Please also be aware that the time of your reservation is the time to be at the restaurant, but you may enter View Boston at any point before the time of your reservation!

A great way to enjoy a light lunch! We did the Experience package to get our admission ticket and a light lunch. Just right! Felt elegant at a reasonable price.

I was disappointed in the gelato dessert presentation - didn't look very appetizing. Flavor was pizzelle, I think I was expecting a pizelle cookie on top. The carmael apple tart was supposed to have a cinnaman rum ice cream, but the ice cream tasted the same as the pizzelle. I did not like the polenta with the roasted chicken - doesn't look very appetizing. Skin on chicken was also a little too black/overdone. Mocktails need a better presentation as well. I ordered the cape codder, but no garnish. Service was a little slow

Overall not a great experience, the menu is very limited and with in the availability is limited. Service is really poor and rude. Totally worth skipping and eat in the food court downstairs.

The view, ambiance and service were exceptional, and well-worth the price. Note that you’ve got 2 ways to dine here: You can buy a package ticket to the observation deck that includes pre-set meals at different price-levels or you can order a-la-carte with the understanding that you have to buy separate observation deck tickets (about $30 USD at the moment) to get access to the restaurant. We did the later. Without the view, I’d probably say the food was slightly overpriced, though some dishes were quite nice, especially the lobster bisque. If you’re looking for a true gourmet meal, you might find the menu a bit simplistic, but keep in mind they’re trying to keep this an “inoffensive” and accessible experience for the average tourist and that’s probably for the best. All-in-all a good restaurant and a great experience.

Amazing!!! I took my boyfriend to The Beacon to celebrate his birthday. We had a great time over there! The food was incredible, and the staff was so kind to my birthday boy all the time, making sure he was feeling very special! Exactly what I was expecting for the night! The Boston view is fantastic up there! Thank you very much for the wonderful night! I highly recommend The Beacon for a special occasion!!😊👍😍

I think that they did a great job with the experience for tourists. But for locals there should be an option that you can go up for free to dine and not a pre selected menu package you should be able to just order from the menu. I would go more often if I could just go up there for drinks or lunch over the whole experience that is for tourists.

I purchased the $74 per person packages for the five people in my group to celebrate my mother’s birthday. However, we were told by the waiter that there’ a recent change of policy and we could only order one food item and not from entree either. This was misinformation from the waiter. We only found out at the very end when we were about to leave. As a result of this misinformation, we were not able to enjoy the full value of what I pre-paid. I am really disappointed by the treatment and the experience. Beacon has effectively lost the confidence of us and we will not recommend Beacon to anyone either.

We had a great experience going to visit the View with out of town guests from NY& Georgia. Went to the roof top and Juan was great servicing cocktails in the clouds and Jamie, Andreas were great hostess and server at The Beacon . We enjoyed the spectacular views and would love to come up again at Sunset! A perfect day! Thank you!

Would recommend the Beacon to anyone. From the minute we arrived until we left our experience was great. The view was spectacular (even though it was a bit cloudy) The food, drinks and staff were amazing.

The cocktails were imaginative and delicious - except a first choice that was on the menu wasn’t available. We’ve had that happen with food but never with drinks. The charcuterie board was outstanding as was the goat cheese appetizer. Loved the lobster roll, the chicken panini not so much and the fries were excellent. Ramon was very nice and his service was superb. And of course, what’s not to love about the view!?!

Absolutely positively amazing! It was me and my fiancé‘s first time and we absolutely loved it. From the views to the aesthetic to the service and to the food, all of it was perfect. We definitely recommend for any couples looking for a special date night dinner!

excellent view, waiter spilled our drink on us, people on the next table were extra loud, were the only loud people at the place and everybody was staring at them (just 2 people but it sounded like 10). Food was not that good. Nice experience at Prudential, beacon not really recommended for a relax, quiet night and good food.

Sighs… found a hair in the French toast whip cream. Told the waiter and he made a comment so loud that the entire section was trying to see what happened. Coincidentally, the table besides us sent their French toast, which was uneaten but items moved around, back for unknown reasons. Within two minutes of taking our plate with the hair away, it was replaced by another plate. The “new” plate was cold and I have high suspicion that we were given the food that was taken away from the another table. We choose not to eat any of the food and leave.

The dining experience was terrible. It started with paying to use the elevator to go to the restaurant. We couldn’t locate the restaurant entrance because the door was closed due to it being 8.05pm and last reservations are 8pm. We found the entrance at a door marked “employees” only. Trying to find the exit to leave in the lift was equally impossible unless you wanted to see all of the floors. We didn’t, we had thought we had booked a restaurant for dinner. The food was chronically expensive for the food quality. The staff were lovely, none of this review is directed at the staff. .

The food was pretty good. Guacamole was excellent (my boyfriend even ate it who dislikes avocado). The sandwiches fall apart a little easily which was understandable for mine since it was an impossible burger. I wish the ambience was a little quieter since from the outside it looks like a chill romantic restaurant but the music inside is pretty loud. The server stopped by the table a lot probably because the restaurant was pretty empty since it was a Monday night.

Great location and the view is amazing. Drinks are great. Food is bland and basic. We bought a package so price to value wasnt bad. Next time we will get drinks and maybe apps only. You can't beat the view.

Excellent experience and value with the Sky view lunch pass for $35. Unfortunately the alcoholic drinks are extremely expensive and same with the main courses if you don’t want a salad or sandwich.
