Located on the sands of Chatham Bars Inn’s beach, the Beach House is an indoor/outdoor open air restaurant that is the best spot on the Cape for fresh, local seafood and casual dining fare. The Beach House offers the classic sea side favorites, sunset clambakes, local craft beers, and specialty summer cocktails with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. Lunch is served daily from 11:30am - 3pm. In the evenings, you can either enjoy a beverage at the outdoor patio while watching the sun set or make a reservation for our popular Cape Cod Clambakes from 5:30pm - 8pm.

Have been to CBI Beachhouse Bar for drinks and apps many times and loved it! Labor Day Dinner last night however, was less than average ….. food over salted, cold, disinterested server, and hostesses distracted/unfriendly. This could have been bcs of staff changes around end of summer and Labor Day weekend, but we were disappointed. Bar service always friendly and efficient - we look forward to going back there next summer!

Way over priced for what it is. Pretty much stunk. Complete disappointment considering you’re at Chatham Bars Inn. Don’t bother!

Service was horrible. Took 40 min for someone to come to our table to take even a drink order and only did after we went to the host stand and asked for a server. Food was incredibly underwhelming and overpriced. Ordered the scallops and the portion literally made us laugh when it arrived bc it was so tiny and came w nothing other than a swipe of sauce. The valet guy was lovely. The rest of the experience was pretty terrible, which was disappointing after a great experience there before and prices where you’re clearly paying for more than just the food and expect a decent experience.

We visited for a birthday dinner as this location is incredible. The food was good but the service staff is younger and not as attentive and polished as we have seen in the past. Prices are high for experience.

We were seated earlier than our reservation which was very nice. The food is great and the staff was very attentive.

While food was good the service from the hostess to the waiter left something to be desired. Our meal arrived and we were never checking in on once and never asked if we would like to order another drink. For the prices they charge, I would have expected excellent service. Don’t waste your money here. You are better off going to The Ocean House in Dennis Port - better service, food, and ambiance.
