Throughout this one-night-only experience, enjoy courses featuring our Japanese Uni Cone, Kinmedai Sashimi, A5 Miyazaki Waygu, and more, all set within our intimate private dining room at The Bazaar by José Andrés in New York.     Throughout June, join us at The Bazaar by José Andrés or The Bazaar Bar to experience a variety of Shōchū cocktails. Sample our ever popular Divine Wind, made with chrysanthemum mizu shōchū, magdala, clarified lime, butterfly pea, and singani, or sip on the Summer Bird, including colorful sweet potato shōchū, aperol, cava, and snapdragon, just in time for the warmer weather.

    Celebrate Spain’s national cocktail with The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad's Gin & Tonic Festival, kicking off this July! Join us at The Bazaar and The Bazaar Bar as we raise a glass of the new Ume Gin & Tonic, perfect for welcoming summertime. Made with Komasa Satsuma Gin, empirical the plum i suppose, yuzu, mandarin, apple blossom, and tonic, there's something special about each sip.

    ¡Deliciosa comida! Probamos como 7 u 8 tipos de tapas diferentes y todo está excelente. El servicio es amigable y fino al mismo tiempo. Tienen una gran carta de vinos, obviamente la mayoría de España con mucha variedad. ¡Súper recomendable!

    Food was excellent. It was creative, even playful, and for the quality, priced well. The ham was amazing. Get it. Service, however, failed in a few places. Waiter would disappear and not check on us as different courses came out. There was an issue with a bone in a croquet, and instead of being addressed within minutes, this issue which ultimately was resolved had to wait until the end of dinner. Small things, like water not being replenished, silverware slow to appear, etc was unfortunate. Hopefully the restaurant improves training. The food and ambiance were outstanding.

    Really pleasant and interesting fushion of Japanese and Spanish flavors. However, there might be too much extreme dissonance for more traditional palate seekers. I loved the wagyu sushi dish and pork/ham dishes. All the cocktails paired nicely. I think it's a one time experience if you like sampling new things but I'll stick to more traditional Jose Andres experiences.
