    Attended Chef Scott’s Wagyu Steak Grill Class today. Outstanding experience. Food was fabulous, information was invaluable. Associates are always friendly and attentive. I look forward to future classes, and future visits.

    This used to be our favorite restaurant, but no more. The last 2 visits have been disappointing at best. During the first disappointing visit, I ordered the sort rib and half of it was ice box cold. And to add to that, as we were eating our meal at the bar, the chef came out and began talking with us, was in a very grumpy mood and was complaining about all kinds of things regarding the restaurant and its septic system. This last visit, I ordered the same thing, and there was more fat than meat and I received 5 green beans on the board and half the mashed potatoes as normal. I couldn't finish my meal. I doubt we will ever come back.

    Bartonville Store is a great place to take friends or family for a relaxed, friendly dining experience. We have dined here several times, sometimes for dinner, others for brunch. This time it was for a Mother's Day brunch. The music was great, the staff was friendly and although we were a bit disappointed it wasn't the normal brunch menu, the buffet was good.

    Not sure they were ready to do a buffet style mother's day. Food was good as always but they tried to add too many seats inside it seemed. Our waiter never came to ask us for drinks but the young guy doing the carving station noticed and ran over to see what we would like. He checked on us when he had a chance but he was definitely busy with the carving station. Had to also ask if he would get our bill for us. Love this place and will come back for the food and music but not for a buffe type meal.

    Made a reservation 2 weeks in advance and requested table. When arrived they only would give us bar stools. Don't expect to get what you ask for...disappointing.

    We always love the food so much that we never have room for dessert. So this time, we just came to hear the band expecting Jake Ryan, but he had been rescheduled, and Blue Brothers did a good job. We also had desserts. The chocolate ganache was terrific, and I love the ranch water drink as healthy as you can get and still have alcohol

    Food was good, but if I’m gonna pay 65.00 a head for a buffet, at the very least I should have to ask for a high chair 3x, (never got the high chair) ask 2 different servers for silverware and napkins. I didn’t even get to enjoy eating because we were passing a baby back and forth. I included in my notes when I made a reservation that we had a baby. Just insanely expensive to have this less than mediocre experience. I will stick to visiting them on a non buffet day. Because yes, their food and service on a regular day are very good but Easter brunch was a bust.
