The Barn Kitchen offers a refined take on rustic American cuisine. Focusing on influences from the nearby Coachella Valley, the Barn Kitchen brings small local farms and the unique aspects of the desert to classic American favorites. We aim to create simple, uncomplicated cuisine by showcasing fresh California ingredients. By creating a communal dining atmosphere, we invite all of our guests to make meaningful connections and savor each experience.

The Barn Kitchen is open daily for lunch from 11 am – 4 pm and dinner from 5pm – 9pm. The bar remains open until 11 pm every day for hotel guests, serving a selection of microbrews, wine, and spirits. In the evening, gather around the fire pit for star gazing and smores. Outside guests must reserve a table for lunch and dinner.

Lovely evening all around. The wonderful staff, the location—ahhh…such a refreshing little spot with the sweet stuff of life that makes you feel like no time has passed. We love The Sparrows!

Fairytale ambience, friendly service, fashionable crowd. This lovely gem is all about sharing a few moments to stand still with those who inspire you and reflect on what an amazing journey it’s been so far. While good, the food here swaps roles with the setting. It’s the venue you’ll want to take home for leftovers.

Outstanding experience. Staff is so friendly and accommodating, especially Desi! Delighted she remembered us from our last visit. Food was so tasty - definitely get the crudo & the chocolate chip cookies.

This is such a serene environment and such a tucked away gem. The fare is always fresh and the staff is always pleasant. This is no cookie cutter place. It is so unique and charming. I love to take first-timers there and experience their reaction.

A surprisingly nice restaurant for Palm Springs with more than run of the mill cooking. I can taste the attention to details and pride in the cooking. Though the flavor profile is not what I personally love the most which is just a personal preference. I thoroughly enjoyed the dishes that I chose. I always enjoy dishes that are not overly decorated with a million ingredients. The Burrata is not the most attractive looking dish, everything in the dishes belong there and together yielded a very enjoyable and pleasant appetizer. The pasta dish has a wonderful flavor profile. The sauce is rich and the acidity level is quite hold and dead on. I do feel that it is probably about 10% over sauced, and I do not think the mushroom really added much and seem a bit on its own. I did enjoyed the dish quite a lot however.

Truly an enchanting experience! The ambiance is extremely lovely! The simple elegance of the decor, arrangement, foliage, impeccable service and reasonably priced cuisine options were absolutely delicious!

Lovely lunch in the barn! Hidden gem in the heat of Palm Springs. Homemade guac and chips - along with Greek salad hit the spot. Look forward to going back for dinner.
