The food was good. Service was 4/5 due to the delay of the food as the chefs messed up my order on the first dish I ordered. Our server was great, apologetic and gave an extra food item on the house. Would come back as the atmosphere is really good for a hockey game. Go Canucks Go!

I had booked a bowling lane and a table for two hours, and we were seated fairly quickly at a table that clearly needed a wipe down - which shoutout to the guy who seated us, you are a gem and this review does not reflect your service at all. Our server came by shortly after we were seated and she took our water order, and told us that the lane would be set up. The lane was set up, and then we sat there for 10 minutes waiting for her to come back as we weren’t instructed on the process of getting the bowling shoes. I walked down and found the closest server who immediately told me “well there’s two servers in that area but it’s okay I can help you”. If you have a hard day, hey I get that it can be frustrating when somebody asks you about bowling shoes, but the passive aggressiveness has to go. The food came quickly which was nice, but it was nothing spectacular at all. We saw our server for max 5 minutes out of our one hour (supposed to be two hour), bowling and table rental. We left early because the service was not great, our server looked like she did not care about her job or about the people she was servicing, and it was a pretty big let down for a night where we were supposed to be having fun and celebrating a bride to be. The only good thing about this place was the cute first date beside us who we became besties with and shared drinks with! You two seriously made our night and I hope you go on a second date. Overall, none of the party was pleased about the service we got, and I don’t think any of us will be going back.

Was very busy as it was before a hockey game. Service was great our waitress went out of her way! We had a group of 8 and the area where we sat was extremely squishy. Food was awesome, would have been better to have a fuller menu. Limited options for people either gluten issues.

Great area right next to Rogers, service fast and great drinks. More chose of food on game day would be better, highly recommended for Rogers events

Food was delicious. But interesting to note that they do NOT accept Canadian Brewhouse Gift Cards or Rewards Points there. I assumed they would since they are in the same building as the Canadian Brewhouse and information for the Banquet can be found on the Canadian Brewhouse website. Apparently, the Ice House downstairs accepts Canadian Brewhouse cards/rewards. Just FYI for future visitors.

As always a great eating experience--drinks were tasty and food was delish. Service was timely and we were done in plenty of time to leave for the hockey game. I do love the open table app for booking reservations!

2 orders of wings for 19 dollars. 8 very small wings in each. 1st order out in 10 minutes 2nd one came out 45 minutes later. Kept being told only a few more minutes. Food quality was not good

I came here with a group 6 before a concert. Everyone's food was thoroughly enjoyed. The chicken lettuce wraps were my pick. Usual appetizer but was a large enough portion to be a filling meal for one. The lemongrass chicken was perfectly cooked and a wonderful portion compared to so many other places these days. Sweet and spicy chicken sandwich was a hit, so was the burger. We shared two deep fried mars bars to finish our meal which were a perfect sweet treat. Staff were super helpful and so kind. We will definitely be back, the vibe was so much fun for a group night out.

Booked a table for my husband's 40th and 2 bowling lanes. They gave us a private section (totally unexpected but awesome) to laugh and have fun. It's such a fun venue and the service was top notch. Would highly recommend.

Pretty cool place, it’s a fun atmosphere to be in. I don’t recommend getting the nachos, they make them look nice but that’s about it. Pork belly bites are delicious though! Would check it out again

It took 45 minutes for us to receive our food. We ordered hamburgers and Mac and cheese. It was a game day, and the restaurant was busy. However we noticed other tables that ordered after us received their food before us.

I have been to Banquet a few times and to be honest the food sucks and last night in particular it was brutal. The food was crap! almost all of it! Burger was gross trash can nachos were pathetic Pizza was under cooked and we ate 1 slice cheese curds were gross the wings and boneless wing were really good thats it the waitress was fantastic and quite embarrassed over the food.

Our server Ashley was really great but the bowling was iffy, a pipe on the ceiling started leaking onto our lane and so we had to bowl through a puddle and the balls were wet which isn’t ideal for $60. We told the manager(?) lady about it but nobody offered for us to move lanes. The balls also couldn’t make it back up the ramp on their own so we had to walk onto the lanes to grab balls and my friends hand got smashed between balls doing so which wouldn’t have happened if we didn’t have to retrieve the balls from the ramp.

Food selection isn't great unless you are looking for pub food. quality of food is pretty decent though the pork bellys are amazing. If you get a seat by the main entrance overlooking the ice district plaza atmosphere is great but if you get sent to the dungeon upstairs in the back above the bowling alley its pretty dull.

Great service, waitress was well prepared for game night and told us to order everything as early as possible. Our fault for ordering food later than we should but the kitchen is always running behind on event nights, so need to keep that in mind next time we come.

Great atmosphere. They gave us a table for the wrong number of people, so we had to squeeze people in. Our food took an hour and a half to get to us, by that time no one was very hungry. Somehow the lettuce wraps were the last thing to come out of the kitchen 🤔

The music is way too loud at that place. You had to essentially scream to try and have a conversation and I left with a headache. The food was alright (typical pub food) and the service was lacking. The restaurant was barely half full while I was there and the server rarely made an appearance. We also had to ask the server 4 separate times to get booked in for bowling before she finally made us a reservation. I don’t think I would dine there again.

We went for a staff lunch and it was great service, fabulous food and we were able to mingle easily between our tables.

I would definitely go back here. We only had appetizers on this visit, but the food was delicious and reasonably priced. They have an ample craft beer selection that I look forward to trying again soon. I loved the look of the place too. Great for sports as there were screens everywhere showing sports. They do have a lot of tables that are only accessible by stairs, so this would limit table selection for anyone with limited mobility. Some of the table have a great view of the ice rink outside of Roger's Place. This is a great place to go to before a game.
