Service was good (had multiple servers throughout the evening). The Banquet overall is a little confusing. You can't get a spot (table) and then go for a bowling slot. They have to be separate. So you could lose a good table it it's busy. Also, they had a 'game menu' that was supposed to be for game nights, but they were running it the entire playoffs. So there were multiple regular menu items they wouldn't make (couldn't make) even though we weren't there on a game night. Very disappointing. This information should be front and centre in the website or indicated when you make a booking. The food we did get was great though.

Pregame drinks + dinner were DELISH! Love the atmosphere! My virgin berry mojito was amazing! My hubs loved his brisket pizza! We shared the pork belly appies (luckily ordered 2 rounds for 4 of us) and they were melt-in-your-mouth incredible! Randonly found my ex boyfriend's beer stein in a locker along the wall when we were leaving so OF COURSE we also had to rent the locker next to his lol Can't wait to use our exclusive stein when we come back!

Very effluent and prompt service…food was good and ambience was great on Oiler game night. As well, the Manager stepped to to assist in paying our bill and getting us on our way…a great experience in Ice District!

Went before a playoff game. We received food and drinks in a timely manner and it tasted great!

Everyone was great!! We were able to just walk in with our reservation and were seated immediately. The food was fantastic!! Our server was amazing and Mitch was the best! We will be back 🙂

The food was good. Service was 4/5 due to the delay of the food as the chefs messed up my order on the first dish I ordered. Our server was great, apologetic and gave an extra food item on the house. Would come back as the atmosphere is really good for a hockey game. Go Canucks Go!

I had booked a bowling lane and a table for two hours, and we were seated fairly quickly at a table that clearly needed a wipe down - which shoutout to the guy who seated us, you are a gem and this review does not reflect your service at all. Our server came by shortly after we were seated and she took our water order, and told us that the lane would be set up. The lane was set up, and then we sat there for 10 minutes waiting for her to come back as we weren’t instructed on the process of getting the bowling shoes. I walked down and found the closest server who immediately told me “well there’s two servers in that area but it’s okay I can help you”. If you have a hard day, hey I get that it can be frustrating when somebody asks you about bowling shoes, but the passive aggressiveness has to go. The food came quickly which was nice, but it was nothing spectacular at all. We saw our server for max 5 minutes out of our one hour (supposed to be two hour), bowling and table rental. We left early because the service was not great, our server looked like she did not care about her job or about the people she was servicing, and it was a pretty big let down for a night where we were supposed to be having fun and celebrating a bride to be. The only good thing about this place was the cute first date beside us who we became besties with and shared drinks with! You two seriously made our night and I hope you go on a second date. Overall, none of the party was pleased about the service we got, and I don’t think any of us will be going back.
