Service was pretty slow, food quality seems to have gotten worse over the last 6 months. Good setting, improved service would make coming here more enjoyable

Went Saturday to do some bowling. Worst service I’ve ever had and being in the industry for ver 20 years that takes a lot. Had these reservations for Sunday for the superbowl and after Saturday night I didn’t want to waste me great Sunday with that service again. Opted for a different spot.

The service is terribly sloalw. Not the fault of ther servers though, they are all polite and hospitable but the wait times for food is absurd.

The fire tables were nice but going as a larger group to eat was a bit awkward. Overall the space was enjoyable and the staff were very friendly but the bench seats were a bit hard, the bathrooms were all out of paper towel and I’m not sure whether they were short staffed, but there were very long wait times for both food and drinks. I would go back again to give it another go because the patio was top k notch but hopefully there’s alot less waiting next time.

This place is hit or miss. Been here a lot. And sometimes food is good but more than not it’s trash. The first beer you get usually warm. Have to send it back. Especially on patio. Clear the lines before you pour.

The food was okay. The pepperoni pizza got top marks. The au jus for the beef deep was both spicy and very greasy, and there was no dill flavor on the creamy dill wings. What made it unenjoyable was the poor service. The restaurant was fairly empty, yet service was beyond slow and a couple of them looked and acted like they would rather be anywhere else.

We went there to celebrate a birthday. Our service was slow and the food was not good at all. Then we went bowling and there was a leak in our lane and in the other lane the bumpers wouldn’t come up. For a newer building it is falling apart already. Not enough up keep and poor staff planning.

It was a decent enough stay but we shouldn't have to sit there 15 minutes trying to get a final bill. It was st Patty's day true but it wasn't busy yet, it was 8pm.

Waited for quite some time to check in for bowling. One bar tender downstairs somewhat ignored us waiting by bowling check in. Had to go interrupt him chatting to ask for help. Finally server showed up and was running ragged trying to serve whole basement and blocking people.

Went bowling. Good and drinks were fine, but the alcohol was very expensive. The bowling alley was unkept and needed maintenance. The seats were worn and torn, and the ball return was not working properly and continually jammed and we had to continually unblock it manually. Appies we ordered took almost an hour to arrive, which was the duration of our bowling time. Our server was great. Drinks came promptly, and the food came hot when it did arrive. Service was also polite, friendly, and courteous.

Awesome deals on Tuesday! My family and I had a great time bowling and munching on appetizers. Our server was fantastic despite serving a large crowd and our family the same time. Food was a bit salty, but doesn't take away from experience. Thanks!

Booked online for a 12 pm bowling lane. When we arrived, the building was locked. Good thing the Alley was open.

I visited on a Tuesday as I wanted to take advantage of $2 bowling while my nephews were in town. Service to our lane was prompt and we were told someone would be by shortly to take our order. This never happened. Groups arriving after us were served and even the two gentlemen bowling in the lane connected to ours were served but the only time the server engaged with us is when the balls got backed up in our lane. She replied in a snarky tone about there being ‘too many balls’ in the queue when both groups counted the maximum of six. We completed an entire game before deciding to leave as we had planned to eat there and everyone was hungry. The kids were hugely disappointed to cut the fun short and my partner and I were also for the lack of service and poor attitude received from the server who helped us briefly. It was a far cry from the experience we had a few weeks prior when we visiting with a group of three adults for bowling, food and drinks. Super unfortunate.

Food was not of good quality. I ordered fish and chips. Fish (haddock) was battered and it was so oily and tasteless. Fish inside was OK. I just ate the fish and pull aside all battering. Coleslaw was soggy and It tasted no good. I felt it was made hours before and served in the evening! Onion rings were so much oily that I tasted only one and didi not eat that at all. Overall, not happy with food.

All in all it was a pleasant time , but the servers left a lot of tables confused or surprised at their service. The girl who brought our meals couldn’t be heard at all despite all of us leaning forward and asking for her to speak up many time. And she didn’t know what meals she was bringing. our main waitress wouldn’t come when flagged multiple times and the tables next to ours had the same issue . Or maybe she just wasn’t looking for people trying to get her attention? just sort of weird . Didn’t ruin the evening by any means.

Mothers day sucked coming here - It was supposed to be a mothers day brunch but they didnt actually do it. It shouldn’t have been posted if they werent doing it. So disappointing.

The bowling was good, we stayed for food, the fish batter wasn’t fully cooked on inside but almost burnt on the outside. We will not be going back anytime soon.

The food was great loved the smokey flavors. The service was not very good. Lots of servers but they didn't come by often. They brought a stack of small appetizer plates to eat off and 3 of the plates had dried food on them from the previous people.

The food and bowling was amazing. Unfortunately there were dust bunnies in all the corners (huge piles of dust). Stuck to the bench seat legs, in the bathroom, etc. not the most cleanest place

I had trash can nachos. The sauce on the outside was an interesting twist. The appy onion rings were good but expensive. The brisket was really good, but the side of cole slaw was blah. Also had bleu cheese mushroom caps. Food seemed to be prepared with a lot of bottled ingredients like hot sauce and salad dressing. I wasn’t wowed by anything we ordered.

Maybe the worst service ever! Slow, unfriendly, and she looked uninterested. Had a bowling lane booked for 8pm. Our waitress decided to ask us at 8:30 is we wanted to bowl. A joke!
