    We have always loved Pour/the ashford, but last night was a disappointing experience. There appeared to be several staff members standing around the kitchen, yet only one seemed to be a server, and thus, service was terrible. It took over 40 minutes to even give our order for our main dish, at which point we just decided to leave. My salad was missing both tomatoes and pistachios, which was literally half the advertised ingredients. When I asked for them, it took 20 minutes to receive it, at which point I had already eaten my salad. Very disappointing, I’m unsure what the rest of the staff was doing and why only one gentleman was left to serve everyone.

Being a return guest here, I am sure you can agree that your most recent experience with us was definitely not what you are used to or how we operate. We strive to provide excellent food and service in a warm and inviting atmosphere and clearly that was not the case on your most recent visit. I would love to hear more specifics about your experience here at the Ashford, as it offers some insight from a guest perspective and is a good opportunity to coach our team. I would love to provide you with a gift card towards a return visit at the Ashford to apologize for your experience and so we can prove to you that we can still be one of your favorite dining destinations in Brookhaven.

    The Ashford is one of the best-kept culinary secrets! Check out their wine pairing events and brunch menu. The new owners are making some great improvements!

    Fantastic Easter brunch - food was perfect, great service, and nice price point. Will go back for live music on Thursday nights.

    Enjoyed Easter Brunch at The Ashford! This was our first time for brunch and everything was delicious. Staff was especially friendly and helpful. A suggestion to add entree size crepes to their brunch menu. They have crepes as starters but they are good enough to stand on their own if more generously sized.

    Portions were quite small and food was just ok, as were the cocktails. Disappointing. Ambiance is nice.

    Experienced an updated menu on this trip. The Chicken Milanese was spot on! They are having live music on Thursday’s now and was a really great time!

    Laid back with good appetizers. Nice, quiet service. My only complaint is that their red wines are not cellar/cool/50-60 degrees but are room temperature.

    The only saving grace here was our server. Food took forever and then came out cold, drinks were expensive but came out wrong. Would not recommend.

    Very understaffed. Chicken came out undercooked (although it was taken off of our bill). The Bloody Mary was uninspired with literally just the mix and vodka in it. Other food items tasted good, however.

    This was my second time at the restaurant. The food was great the first time. This time, the food was not good at all. Food was undercooked. They didn't have all the ingredients for items on the menu. They were having an event on the other side of the restaurant. I will come back. Hopefully the third time will be like the first experience.
