We (2 x F.friends) ordered Fisherman's Basket & Fish Tacos between us. Was way too much food; we ate all the seafood plus two tacos but left the chips & salad. VERY generous servings, not a long wait, and a good wine selection.

The food is simply superb, freshly prepared and delectable. The service was impeccable, warm and accommodating. We enjoyed our lunch meal at the restaurant and two breakfasts during our stay, and we had an exceptional time with its picturesque view and delicious food.

We came to Nambucca for our Wedding Anniversary and organise another location, but they closed on us for the dayl. Scrambling to find another location, we were told about Alofa. A bit concerned due to mobility issues, but found a ramp and parking close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. The view on the deck was amazing. Would not hesitate to book there again when we were there.

My only issue was the loud music and we were on the balcony, glad I wasn’t inside. I love live music, but I think in a restaurant setting the volume needs to be a little lower. Overall, great venue, great food, great service. Thank you

The vege burger was delicious, what a vege burger should be with salad, roasted pumpkin and perfectly cooked haloumi, not a frozen patty. I didn't have the garlic bread but my friends did and it had zero garlic flavour. The majority of the staff is young and there are plenty of staff but really need to clean up a bit quicker instead of walking past empty plates and glasses on the tables. The location is stunning - make sure you reserve a table outside a few days prior as they would be booked out quickly.

You can’t beat the location, it is stunning. The food is absolutely delicious, good portions and value for money. Two extra big call outs… to the barista for the fabulous coffee and chef your food is awesome but those fresh muffins are to die for ! A really great place for locals and visitors. Highly recommended.

I found the chicken burger too hot (spicey). The music was hard to hear outside. The lyrics were indecipherable. Maybe an improved PA system. Service was great.

I probably won’t be back in a hurry. The meal was okay, coffee was just warm & for a medium it was incredibly small , not offered salt & pepper, service was average! Plenty of other cafes to try before we go back. Hopefully things will have improved.

Beautiful setting overlooking the beach. Our brunch on Saturday was tasty and filling. Lots of fellow dinners and service was friendly and efficient. We will return.

Awesome beach & ocean views. Very nice cafe , well appointed, cool & comfortable sitting outside on the covered deck. The kids corner was wonderful & grandkids had a ball. The service was friendly & very good. The food was good but not great but everything else made up for that. We’ll go back.

The Fish n chips, mussels, and the scotch fillet steakburger meals were great. The Vietnamese salad wasn't very tasty or spicy as it, by definition, should be, and the added beef strips were tough. Normally I love it. Gorgeous spot right on the beach. Take your swimmers in summer!

Had a lovely breakfast here with some friends. Food was good & the deck is beautiful. Can’t beat watching the waves, people swimming, dolphins playing. Just amazing.

We took our neighbours here for breakfast & it was lovely. The views are amazing & food was good. The staff were very friendly. Even though we have lived here for over 30 years we still marvelled at the incredible view.

Million dollar views over the ocean. Very friendly staff. Our meals were very scrumptious. Alofa Sands is definitely our favourite place to eat out.

I had the snapper tacos for $21 plus a smoothie foe $9, overall I spent $30 on lunch and my friend had the beef burger for $20. My friend finished his burger before I got my meal. I was walking up to cancel when it came out. We found the food very minimal for the price and it wasn’t overly tasty. I don’t think I’ll be back in a hurry sorry to say. Only good thing was the view but it was too windy to sit outside.
