Excellent food, brilliant flavours and presented very well... But lack of staff, having to chase for drinks, waiting to be seen in a semi full restaurant let this place down on the night.

We were very impressed with the Albert. The hostess was very gracious when we asked to move from a table at the front of the restaurant to the back. Our waiter watched for breaks in the conversation to take our orders and was attentive to our drinks and patient with our party until we were ready to place our orders. He also made great recommendations from the menu. We look forward to returning.

First time for breakfast even though been staying all weekend. It was great and my server Elizabet was delightful and looked after me perfectly. My only thing and it does seem to be an American way that if you order two items they arrive at the same time unless you specify them not to. It was fine for me today so no issue at all and didn’t change my great experience.

We came for La Vida Fiesta mixology class and food prep and everything was great and delicious. The drinks were well blend and great tasting.The food was excellent and delicious the tacos were the die for with the hand made tortillas. It was an excellent experience

I attended a few mixology/food classes with Chef Maribel and Chef Steve. Each experience has been unique and wonderful. I've learned so much! The chefs are passionate about their work and it shows. The food is delicious and the drinks are a treat. It's a great atmosphere and a fun time getting to know other fellow foodies. I highly recommend The Albert and their special events for date night, friends get together or family time.

Wonderful food. The Cioppino and salmon dinners were wonderful as was the smoked duck appetizer. Finishing up with the olive oil cake and a cappuccino was a perfect ending. We have never been disappointed at The Albert.

We booked dinner at the Albert. Our waiter brought us a glass of wine and after an hour he never returned so we asked someone else for a check and left. We never got to order dinner.

The food was excellent, I feel like they were understaffed for the amount of tables that they had, we ordered a bottle of wine, and the waiter only poured a tasting, and never came back to Poor the rest for the other people having wine. I know it’s difficult to get servers, but I hate to lower my standards when I’m having a nice meal I expect my servers to be trained. He also did not come back one time to ask how everything was. I would definitely recommend based on the food, I just think that they need to do better training for their staff. We had six people in our party, and they were gracious enough to tell us they added 20% gratuity, but for this amount of gratuity, I would’ve expected better service.

Our waiter was fantastic. Food was excellent. Drinks could use improvement. Martini should served in a proper martini glass & you should always have Grey Goose on hand. Mojito Mocktail was horrible! But, food & especially our waiter were GREAT.

I was a bit disappointed in the selection for the Easter buffet. The antipasti was fine, but the hot dishes were a lot of sides that didn't really mesh well with one another. The flavors seemed to be random. On top of that 2 of the wines I selected were out along with all 3 of the cider options. It seemed like they were not prepared to be open for the holiday. Lastly, the banquette I was sitting on had lots of crumbs. The service, though, was stellar. So, I wonder if it just was an off day.

The Easter brunch was lovely but during the course of our visit we were robbed. Three people were seated directly behind us and they stolen my wallet out of my handbag. The people who robbed us never placed and order and didn’t have a reservation. They came in to find a target and steal from patrons having brunch. Such a sad situation. The assistant manager was understanding but offered no reason why they were able to sit at a table and not order - just watching the people going to and from the buffet.

My husband, brother and sister in law went for Easter brunch. The atmosphere is very laid back and comfortable like a library. The food was very good and the staff was quite pleasant. They had an amazing selection of meats, antipasto, salads and sides. I would definitely go back for a holiday brunch. The price was perfect.

The food was not very good considering the prices. The bacon was bad and a $7 mocha had no milk? Staff was great and service quick:)

Our server, Kay, was so nice. The food was exceptional -- so much better than what one would expect at a hotel restaurant. I would come here even if I were not staying at EMC2. Loved the food, the vibe, and the ambience. Highly recommend!!

The food was incredible and share-able, especially if your waitstaff offers to have the kitchen split it. Our waitstaff was so helpful and gave great suggestions. The cocktails and wine were delicious and the space was warm, inviting, and a little bit quirky in the best way.

My guest from Australia and I enjoyed a nice meal on a quiet Tuesday evening. Our waiter Ryan was attentive and not pushy. We enjoyed a reasonably priced, nice Rose and the beet salad, smoked duck, tagliatelle (really good) and a side of asparagus with crispy prosciutto was excellent.

Loved the Albert! The atmosphere can't be beat—it has that WOW-factor that reinforces why it is so great to live in a major city! The food was tasty, the bathroom was beyond fun (giant eyeballs for mirrors) but a major factor in our experience was Kate, our server. She was accommodating, cheerful and a sheet delight. We would have had a nice time without her but I have no doubt that we had a better time with her!

We loved the ambiance of the restaurant, the service was outstanding. We indulged in the Polenta Board served with two chefs sauces of the day Mushroom Crostini - Grilled ciabatta, ricotta cheese smear, roasted mushrooms with Asiago 4 cheese Ravioli with a white truffle cream sauce and aged balsamic glaze Lamb chops stuffed with pesto, served with roasted artichokes and a roasted almond pepper sauce And sides of honey mint glazed baby carrots and crispy Brussel sprouts with Parmesan cheese Took home the Olive oil cake which was amazing! Will definitely be back

It's a nice bar and restaurant right in the lobby of Hotel EMC2, where we’re staying. The food, atmosphere and staff have been exceptional.

Subpar service, extremely cold no temperature regulation. Food took well over and hour and half from taking our order to getting it. Not to mention it was below average.

We were “seated” 15 min late for our reservation, in a separate seating area on the second floor. The hostess and wait staff didn’t communicate so it took a while for them to actually seat us in the second area, too. The waitress never took a drink order or appetizer, so after 10 min of waiting with no one coming back, we left for a restaurant that wanted customers. Francesca’s on Chestnut was a fantastic choice. We were seated timely, front of house and wait staff were great, and the food was awesome. It was everything the Albert was not.

Unique delicious stylish ambiance. Comfortable seating. Amazing food. We indulged in the focaccia beet salad, 4 cheese ravioli, crispy Brussel Sprouts. Great combo my daughter and I shared. The Pinot Noir was not very good but the Cabernet and the Pinot Grigio were excellent. Highly recommend!!

Our server Kate was really nice. The food was subpar. The cinnamon apple protein “smoothie” had the consistency of water. The lemon ricotta pancakes were okay, sausage was good, farm style cheesy potatoes were good but it was just air fried hashbrowns — no cheese in sight. The syrup for the pancakes was in an olive oil bottle & because of its consistency you had to shake it about 100 times just to get a small amount out. Makes no sense. Great ambiance though. Would not come back.

We celebrated a wedding anniversary on a Tuesday night. Very few patrons, so restaurant was quiet. Steve, our waiter, was polite, respectful but not cold, very attentive, made great wine pairing suggestions, and let us enjoy a relaxed dinner. Food was exceptionally well prepared and presented. Cocktails were well-balanced and large. Rest rooms were very clean. Overall experience was outstanding.
