We were seated by the front doors and had to walk past the front desk and waiting people with our plates of food. Salad bar could have had more items and the items they did have were overcooked (Cod Fish). Meat servers were food. Our waitress messed up and double charged my credit card ( She charged another tables bill on my credit card). After doing this she never acknowledged her mistake and just brought my bill to the table and never apologized. Luckily, my credit card’s security notifications notified me of the issue. I had to bring this to the manager’s attention and he told me as long as the charge is left open on their system, it would automatically be credited back. So know I have to wait a few days to make sure the charge is reversed along with the hit to my available balance on my credit card, a major inconvenience. Horrible experience at this location and will not be coming back!

If you like to sample different kinds of meat this is the place for you. They bring different meats around very often that you might have to slow down because your plate will be full. The food is excellent. The staff is always friendly and check on you often to see if you need anything. This is by far my favorite place to go out to eat especially when you buy there vip card.

Every experience with Texas de Brazil is a great one! The absolute best customer engagement and the food is superb. My husband is a meat eater and I’m vegan. We appreciate that there is a variety for each of us!

Went for my birthday and used coupon. 3 of us were very hopeful that the food would be as great as it was a month or so ago. Prior to that the food was always bad at this location. Well the food was back to being terrible. The lamb that came out 1st was dry like sawdust. Manager asked how the food is and I told him dry like sawdust. He replied he would look into it. Next came lamb chops that were so over cooked they curled up alot. I choose this location because it is close to home and my diet allows me to eat chicken and lamb. Since all the lamb seemed to be dry I decided to go off the diet and eat some beef. If it takes me longer than 1 minute to chew a small piece of meat I spit it out. If I have GREAT difficulty cutting the meat, I leave it on my plate. The waiter was informed by all three of us how bad the food was today(5-21-24) He removed my plate witch was covered with chewed up pieces of meat or whole pieces of meat I could not cut. I told him after my second plate was full of garbage meat I would not accept any more meat. I probably only swallowed 2-3 bite size pieces of meat. I had to sit there with no food. The salad bar which I only visited once was not that bad. The salmon was very brown in many spots when you start picking up pieces. I have never run into this problem in the Schaumburg location. I asked the waited if he would hold off with the bananas until we are done eating. He said yes. He never asked if we were done he just gave us the bill and never gave us the bananas. I spent $173 on garbage food. I was not looking for our entire bill to be compt but mine should have been compt or even billed at the salad bar price. This is the first time I have not left a tip. I choose this place to celebrate my birthday because of my diet restrictions. I had to stop and get a salad before I got home. Shame on your company for taking advantage of people.

We had a very nice dinner. Our waiter was wonderful! Cleared plates, drinks were always full and checked in if anyone wanted any more meats. It was our first time there and we will go back.

The restaurant was super nice. Our service was sweet. I just felt that we were abit rushed and then asked how much longer we needed. At the end she offered us a drink very small stating that it would help digest our food. Never told us we would be charged for it and how expensive it was. So that was quite disappointing.
