At our farm-to-table restaurant, we're inspired by the local ingredients of the Southern Interior. We celebrate the produce of the Okanagan that allows us to offer unique and exciting culinary experiences. Our mission is to foster a sustainable food ecosystem, support local farmers, and provide a dining experience that embodies the relaxed rhythm and spirit of wine country.
Chef / Owner Tristan Bunkowski, lives to progress the experience of dining. With a locally-focused mindset, as well as a talent for hospitality, Tristan has spent the last decade of his career perfecting the art of cooking by travelling and tasting the cuisines of the world.

This is absolutely amazing food! Chef Tristan is truly an artist who makes delicious, beautiful yet very approachable dishes. It was near to impossible to pick our favourite. He even made us an off recipe dish on the spot that was amazing. Going to be regular here for sure. Decent prices yet big city quality food. Best of all worlds.

This restaurant never fails to impress. The food is delicious with wonderful and interesting combinations. Fell in love with this place a couple of years ago and continue to return. Now it's open for dinner too, even better. Chef Tristan works wonders with local ingredients.

Excellent food as always from Chef Tristan. My wife and i polished every plate. No doubt the food is unique and also excellent, every bite. The spritz and wine pairings were equally as impressive. Worth the stop if youre anywhere in the area.
