    Hicimos reserva desde hace un mes, llegamos a tiempo y nos demoró 50 min que nos asignaran mesa. Adicional los vasos vasos olían asqueroso, una de las sillas en la que me senté tenía un clavo salido puntiagudo y me picó la pierna. La vista es espectacular, pero el restaurante comienza a verse viejo para el nivel que lo catalogan, da la impresión que tiene muy poco personal para la capacitada de clientes que reciben a diario, se nota mucho estrés en su ambiente. Cabe mencionar qué el mesero que nos atendió fue muy amable.

    Our waiter forgot about us many times. Took my mom here to show her the ambience and they forgot to bring her her entree.

    We could only sit outside if we didn’t eat food so we didn’t eat there which would have been nice to know ahead of time.

    Our Server Carlos was extremely helpful! Very polite and friendly. My husband and I had Mother’s Day dinner in the outdoor patio area. We will probably go back for an other dinner date soon. 10/10

    Our reservation was for 3:15. We sat down and it was as if we were invisible for about 15 minutes. When the server finally came, she asked us if we wanted food or just drinks. We thought it was a weird question but we said we wanted food too. She left to go get what we thought was the menus but never came back. We waited about another 10 minutes and decided to ask someone else to get us menus. Finally we ordered our food and didn’t get our food until after 5pm. I can’t say that it was really busy in there because it wasn’t. Maybe they were short staffed? After we finally ate, we stood up to go out onto the terrace again one last time and all of a sudden, we were surrounded with servers ready to give us a hand and make sure we paid the bill! The hostess was amazing, she did what she could to help, but the service was horrible. The food was underwhelming and maybe if the service was better we could justify spending so much on it. Overall, not worth it and I wouldn’t recommend at all. We would’ve absolutely had a better experience anywhere else but Terrace 16.
