Some of the serving staff needed a bit more training.Service was slow and the waitress wasn't too observant. Food was good but not anything to rave about. Standard fare with large portions.

I do not thing the booking online was of any significance. I reserved saying it was for an anniversary and nothing was set up (table). I was treated as a walk in. No big deal because the server and food service was good. Next time I won’t use this one line booking service though.

It was difficult to get in touch with Terra but after making our reservation on open table and getting there the meal and tabke service was spectacular!

This restaurant was OUTSTANDING! Our server Angela was great and very knowledgeable. She offered suggestions and answered our questions. We started with the smoked cherry old fashioned and moved on to red wine with dinner. My husband and I shared the Canadian Angus Beef Share Board. It was AMAZING , the meat was perfectly cooked and the sides were the perfect combination. We ended with the cheesecake and my husband had the Affogato. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restaurant. We were very impressed!!

SO disappointed in the new menu. The corn ribs are GONE. So ridiculous-anyone I spoke to went there for these. Honestly the food was ok but not great value for the pricy-ness of the menu. My husband’s $46 steak came with nothing but French fries (!). We won’t be back anytime soon unfortunate because the venue itself is epic.

It was a great evening. Ebony was truly wonderful with us as were the bartenders. The food was absolutely delicious. Will recommend Terra to others.

Really good food, small menu but good variety. Was very short staffed, and noise level was higher due to a conference drawing in larger groups.

We had a delicious breakfast this morning, although the service was very slow (I would’ve liked a refill on my coffee rather than having to wait 15 minutes) and when my husband asked for jam for his toast, all they had was apple butter, so it would’ve been nice to have some other choices - but all in all a good choice for breakfast !

I had the duck and it was delicious. My wife had the steak and she loved it. The brownie dessert was outstanding. Our waitress was excellent and friendly. Even though she seemed a bit overwhelmed working both sides of the restaurant, not her fault however

We waited just over an hour to get our breakfast despite there only being three tables seated in the entire restaurant. I really appreciated the gluten free options

The vibe of this place was fantastic, very nice atmosphere. We got the ribeye for two, it did come out not as warm as I’d hoped but it was still delicious, the sides we chose were amazing as well as the cocktails! The service was great as well

The Kitchen must have been having a bad night. Appetizer arrived at the same time as the steak ? Rib eye was tough and chewy, not what we are expecting for sure. Other reviews raved about it, so probably an off night. But the manager made it right. The lager on tap was very good and the service was good despite the food issues. We'd give it a second try next time we're in Jasper.

What a wonderful experience! Our server, Ebony, was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The food was divine. My husband told no less then 3 groups of ppl about it on our walk back from the restaurant to our hotel. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Jasper. Thank you for such a delightful anniversary dinner!

Dined x3 adults. Food and service really good. Ambience spoilt a little by the musician being a bit on the loud side meaning conversation between us was at times hard, also with our waitress, shame as that was the reason we booked on the Sunday night. Locals 15% discount worth knowing about as well.

We shared a root vegetable salad and salmon main course. Both delicious. We also had breakfast in the mornings here which was also great. Quiet restaurant, busy in early evening happy hour time. Quiet when we arrived at 7pm. I would highly recommend both Terra Restaurant and Crimson Hotel.

The menu looked delicious. We ordered the duck and chicken dish- both had great presentation and were quite flavourful. The chocolate brownie done dessert was beautifully presented too and delicious. Great ambience.

Excellent food and service with a beautiful ambiance. Very thoughtful of young children while still making the adults feel in a more upscale place. A little on the expensive side, but quality of food and drink is worth it in my family’s opinion. Perfect restaurant for all ages to celebrate a special occasion!

Our waitresses Lauren was awesome. We had the special of sourdough bread as a starter, which is very dry and tasted like burnt toast , Hatchet steak had decent flavour, but definitely not enough to feed two along with the steak were squash and some fries which were decent and cup of dessert that was shared which was good.. For the price we paid, definitely not enough food or quality we expected or are used to. Most likely will not be recommending or trying this establishment again.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Crimson for NYE. We enjoyed two delicious breakfasts at Terra and some yummy happy hour cocktails. From the ambiance and modern decor to the amazing and friendly service, we couldn’t have asked for anything better! The Terra toast for brekky is a must and the happy hour feature cocktail was a whiskey sour! (Hands down the best one I’ve had). Thank you! We will be back :)

Always love coming to Terra - quick to get seated but the service is extremely slow - even with 30% capacity Sat down with our group of 5. Waited 30 minutes before being asked for a drink order. Waited another 20 for them to get delivered. Took our food order, an hour it showed up… Food was good but a 2 hour event for just appetizers and a drink each is not worth it

Not enough waitstaff, service was slow. Stood at door for 5 min before even seated. Obnoxiously loud party ruined atmosphere. Food did come out quickly but I had the chicken and was sick later. We came for the lamb for 2 but they were out at 6:30!! Ridiculous! Husbands pasta was v nice

All in all it was a pretty good experience with great food. The ambiance was nice and it wasn’t too loud in the restaurant. Menu could have had a few more options though. Service was decent and friendly.

We had reservations at Terra for breakfast on Sunday October 8th. In our opinion service was slow we waited 33 minutes for our order to arrive. Portions were small, and our waiter ignored refilling our water glass's up during our meal. We left the restaurant still feeling hungry and I would hesitate on recommending this restaurant for breakfast.

This restaurant was recommended at our hotel and we decided to give it a try, our culinary experiences in Jasper had been very disappointing si we were gladly surprised with Terra. The food was really good, service was excellent but wine was not that great( not many options to choose from). Overall it was great experience and I will recommend to visit Terra when in Jasper.
