Born in the “Pampas”, (Southern region of Brazil) Terra Gaúchaʼs concept revolves around “Churrasco” a traditional grilling method using open flames and various cuts of meat. Today, we proudly keep the flame alive using authentic Gaúcho seasonings and natural wood charcoal to roast succulent beef, lamb, poultry, pork and seafood.

In addition to our grilled meats, guests enjoy a gourmet salad and sides bar featuring the freshest vegetables, a variety of cheeses and cold cuts. During the dining experience each guest is transported (no passport required) to “Southern Brazil” where they are pampered from start to finish. The “Terra Gaúcha familia” would like to invite you for a unique experience that will make a lasting impression.

Not the first time dining here and will not be the last. One of my favorite spots in Tampa. You get the same meal before 2PM as you would at dinner time. So if you want to experience the fine dining at a economical price, go during lunch hours.

I took my boyfriend for his birthday and it was phenomenal! The service, ambiance and food were excellent! We didn’t feel rushed and all servers were so accommodating asking which meats we prefer! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a memorable experience! :)

I love Terra Gaucha, making it my first stop every time I visit Tampa. The service is always top notch. Unfortunately, my most recent visit doesn’t come with rave reviews. Bread served was either overcooked or not fresh and the side dishes such as mash potatoes were barely room temperature, and seemed to have sat around a while. Don’t want to nitpick but at the overall price to eat here, attention to detail is important. Hopefully this was a one off because we left wondering if the nearly four hundred dollar bill was worth it.
