    This was our second time dining at this location, and we were excited because our first experience was fantastic. However, this time we left the restaurant telling ourselves that we would not be coming back. To begin with, the food quality was subpar. We ordered the “Paella Mixta” and Catalan Tomahawk (medium rare). The Paella came out first, we specifically asked for no pork and the socarrat. After almost 40 minutes of waiting, we found out that pork was included in our dish and the socarrat was not included. The Tomahawk steak came out 25 minutes after that, and the quality of the meat was extremely poor. It was served rare, and we only ate a few pieces before we lost our appetite. For a $120 dish, we expected quality meat but were instead given mostly uncooked, fatty pieces that left us extremely disappointed. This had to be the worst steak I’ve tried at any restaurant I’ve ever been to. This experience ruined our anniversary night. We were hoping it would live up to our first experience at this location, but instead, it left a poor taste in our mouths.

    Food is very nice, really worth the price and not too many but delicious vegetarian options. All would be perfect but our table wasn’t ready when we arrived and we were asked to wait (20min!),it would not be a problem but no one actually acknowledged it, no one apologised about it. No one gave us any updates. While we were waiting we grabbed a drink at the bar and when table was ready hostess said oh you need to settle that first and then I can take you to the table and just walked off. Place is nice but some staff (not all) could learn a little bit about customer service!

    This restaurant is my husband and my go-to for a great tasting meal. For the first time, we ordered the minimum (not going all-out). Sangria, Pulpo (octopus), crab croquettes, and paella. All delicious, and left us content! Will be back again in a few months.

    The calamari was too dry and overfried this time, the three desserts came in a little too sweet for us.

    Our table was not ready when we arrived for our 7 pm. reservation, which was alright as we were shown our table around 7:15 pm. The part of our experience which was less then spectacular this time was how rushed the service was after. The waiter took our order, and even before he walked off, the drinks were plonked down in front of us. They were too sweet. Then the tapas came out quickly and plates were cleared the minute the last morsel of food left the plate. Normally attentive service is good, but it felt hasty. We had ordered paella with crust and it was brought out without. Our mixto special was burnt and we sent it back and a not burnt replacement. After that, our server looked rather cranky. Then, a wait staff started to collect our plates and utensils even before we were done. We told him we had more food coming and all he could say was "Oh." It was just so rushed. The food was also not as good as usual (this is our third or fourth time to Teleferic Barcelona), or perhaps it was not as good because we didn't manage to savor our food. In the end, again, I felt that our waiter was trying to rush us off our table after we finished. Seriously, we were at that point in there for less than an hour and I two of us have yet to finish our drinks. I may come back to Teleferic Barcelona to see if yesterday's experience was a weird one off, but I am hesitant now. It was soooo good before.

    Server was great. Food was mid at best. A couple of good dishes like dessert and meatballs and cauliflower , but other dishes came covered in sauce, potatoes were soggy, tuna quality and flavor was kind of off. Disappointing for price point.

    My wife and I are frequent visitors of this restaurant, mainly in Los Gatos. Unfortunately, this time we had a very bad experience. We ordered a Paella and I took more than an hour to get it. We needed to ask twice to get our food ready. When they brought it, it was not completely finished. Definitely we are not coming back to this place.

    The sound level was intolerable. Although the food and service were excellent, there was no way we would stay for dessert in the midst of all that noise.
