Located in the heart of Over-the-Rhine, Teak OTR brings a rich history of award-winning Thai cuisine and sushi from its early days in Cincinnati’s Mt. Adams neighborhood. Teak is a beloved OTR gem located across from Washington Park within walking distance of FC Cincinnati games and venues such as Music Hall. Diners can choose to sit in the bar area or contemporary dining room. Outside seating is available during warm weather.
Teak OTR blends elegance and comfort with incredible food and superior service. The extensive menu includes a range of salads and appetizers, 11 house specialties, 4 fried rice options, 3 noodle dishes including the popular pad Thai and lad na, 5 stir fry varieties and 10 different curry dishes. Teak also boasts over 7 dozen sushi choices.
The robust menu offers vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Diners can also select the perfect drink accompaniment from Teak’s wine list or order creative cocktails from the full service bar.

The restaurant was very crowded when we arrived and we had a deadline, but service was prompt and efficient and the waiter's recommendations proved to be excellent. We had coconut shrimp, and sushi- a Zombie Roll, Spider roll and Philadelphia roll - just the right amount and delicious! I just wish they'd serve dessert!

The server was very careful to alert the kitchen to food preferences (I can't have green peppers). She was friendly, professional, and efficient. She asked if we were going to the theater or opera afterwards, so she planned our timing perfectly.

We’ve eaten at steak on a number of occasions and enjoyed the food. Maybe we just caught them on a bad night, but we all felt the meals were lackluster and lacking in flavor. My green curry was watery and lacked flavor.

They did their best, but were clearly short staffed. The food was delicious as always and we will be back, maybe someone called in, so I won’t hold that against them.
