Tavernonna celebrates the rich, varied history of Italian food, wine, and cocktails by using fresh, simple ingredients to create both traditional and contemporary dishes that entice the senses. Sourcing ingredients from local farms and vendors, and creates fresh pasta from scratch to be showcased throughout the menu, giving the restaurant a clear sense of its locality while honoring the distinctive ingredients rooted in Italy.

The staples of every Tavernonna dish embody ambition, passion, heritage, creativity, style, and inspirational local culture and knowledge. Restaurant and hotel guests can anticipate playful dishes such as spaghetti all’amatriciana, brisket meatballs with black currants and roman gnocchi and house-made ravioli with goat cheese, tomato fondutta, and mint pesto.

Valet parking is validated at Hotel Phillips for up to 2 hours for all Tavernonna patrons.

When I walked in, the staff was sitting on the counters at the front desk. Unprofessional. The food we were served, Chicken Parm & tagliatelle w/meatballs & sausage must have been 3-4 days old. It looked it and tasted it. We did not finish the food. We have not eaten there since 2017. It has gone downhill. It is not worth the money. We will not go back.

The food is fine and the waitress was very friendly. But the ambience needs some major work. And with the ambience being such a problem it makes the prices feel too high for what you get. I wouldn’t go back unless the vibe changes.

Food was average at best and not a good value. The kitchen was out of clean wine glasses and the server was nice, but had no idea about what the kitchen was serving. The location is great, everything else was “meh”.

Food was NOT good. My Mac and cheese was watery and the only flavor was the seasoning dumped on top. My lobster tail had a weird texture and seasoning and came with some sort of horseradish sauce. For the price I’d recommend Olive Garden instead.

Came here for brunch since we were in the hotel. My fiancées biscuits and gravy were cold. My French toast was cold. Waiter barely came and checked on us and rushed us out the door

We went prior to a performance at the Kaufman. The food was very good and we were there early so it was quiet and not busy. They did not have one of the items that we ordered yet the follow up choice was good.

Service was extremely poor. Waitress was very distracted and it wasn’t very busy and we were eating late around 8pm. Our entrées came out before our appetizers, and when we mentioned it to the waitress, she said she would go check and admitted that she had forgotten the food had been sitting in the window. When she finally brought the appetizer, said she would take it off the check since it was her mistake. However, when she brought the check, she left the appetizers on the bill. The food overall was good but the service made the experience one I do not want to repeat.
