The best tuna melt ever! I changed out multigrain for sour dough bread. No problem! Not many places offer tuna melt - this was the best I ever had!! Deviled eggs were fabulous! Thank you Katie for the great service!!

Tavern 45 is a sports bar and reflects that. Food and service are great! As a bar, it's probably great. As a restaurant ... not the ideal place for quiet conversation. Lesson learned. I've been twice, both during a major sports event and the bar was packed and very noisy. I was hoping that asking for the farthest table away from the bar (and they granted that - thank you!) we'd avoid the noise. But, not possible there. We were allowed to move out to the patio, which was nice and quiet. We'll be back.

With the reservation they were able to honor my request for a booth… Entire dinner was wonderful! I had never tried the chicken pot pie, and was blown away. Incredibly delicious!!

I made reservations for 3 ppl and requested a standard table (not high-top). When we arrived, we were told only high-top tables were available. I told the hostess I reserved a lower table as my father has a disability. She told me that was only a request. As a result, we had to wait 15 minutes for a standard table. Why make reservations that asks for what type of table you would like if the restaurant isn't going to honor it? I was very disappointed with the hostess's attitude and response.

Our waitress was very pleasant and efficient. Drinks were served promptly and food followed very shortly after ordering. Unfortunately, we didn't catch her name. But if you are really interested, you can check our reservation (Solberg) at 6:30 Sunday PM . Table for two with 1) Chester's turkey avocado and 1) Cubano sandwich. Paid by $50.00 gift card. Tavern 4 & 5 is a great restaurant for Eden Prairie. Close and convenient. Keep up the good work! Bob & Jan

We had excellent waitstaff. The hostess was extra nice in providing my preferred booth seating. The food was delicious as always.

Food was good — walleye was heavily breaded and salad had extra feta cheese on it. Be that said, it was very tasty. Our Old Fashion cocktails were outstanding. Wait staff was great! Noise level was tolerable, though a bit loud. We’ll be back. Always reliable good food and service!

Always consistently above average food and experience. Well executed menu. Excellent service. A little loud for my taste but it is a tavern…. Lots of TVs to watch sports and a variety of seating types.
