We were seated next to a party involving many tables, those guests were fine but the level of noise was quite distracting.

The waitress was very inattentive. She left us for between five and 10 minutes while we waited to order. She was talking with another table quite a bit of that time. When she came to take our order she said “oh I almost forgot about you”! And after that, whenever she came to our table she would say something and leave very quickly, not giving us time to make any kind of request. Finally I said to her I need for you to listen to me. She stopped and listened that one time but continue to be very short with us afterwards. She never refilled our waters.

The patio was so lovely and the food/drinks were both very good. Our waiter on the other-hand had zero interest in our table of 3 people and we were there 3 hours and he never once filled our water glasses and only asked us once if we wanted to order additional drinks.

One of the very few restaurants that does NOT offer a veteran's discount - very disappointed and will likely affect our future use of this restaurant. We asked server to check and she responded that you do not offer a veteran's discount. Why not? It is the proper thing to do.

Server was ok... no eye contact, seemed rushed or preoccupied. Not particularity friendly. But not uncommon for this new generation of young servers in my view.

Ordered a Reuben. Bread was toasted too long, corned beef was dried out, no sauerkraut, meredrop drop of sauce.Sandwich was tasteless. Manager had them remake it but still wasn't great.They should have comped it.By the time I got the 2nd sandwich, my friend was close to done with her meal.
