Taste of Belgium is a restaurant group of Belgian-inspired eateries. We take traditional Belgian recipes and we twist them; we take American classics and we Belgianize them. We believe elegant cuisine can be served with a down-to-earth attitude and humble foods can be served elegantly. We take the food we create and the service we provide very seriously, but not ourselves. Waffles, Chicken, Beer. Eat Like a Belgian, Drink Like a Belgian, Live Like a Belgian!

The beer pairing dinner was absolutely amazing, the owner was there telling his story and I never knew that some of the recipes at Taste of Belgium are from his Mother!! that is incredible, Authentic Belgian cuisine paired with the most complex yet fulfilling beers. I always love coming here and now that I know more, I will appreciate it even more. I can't wait to come to another party here! I will be back either way! You have to try this place if you haven't yet, they also have an amazing outside area that you can sit on literally any time you want. they never close it off and say that they don't have any servers to serve you outside. they are always welcoming! Love it.

This location had been closed for some time to complete renovations. As soon as we saw the reopening email I made a reservation for the next day. We looked around the restaurant upon arrival and could see no evidence of the restoration. The wait time was extremely long for only having a few tables with customers. Otherwise the food was good and we enjoyed it.

We go to Taste of Belgium at least once a week and have been to almost every location. This one was excellent! We went on a Friday night and surprisingly it wasn’t busy. The service was excellent and the food came quickly while also being very well prepared. Lately at other locations we’ve seen inconsistencies in how the food has been prepared but the Mason location did an excellent job. This will be our new go-to location!

One observation. Dogs/animals should not be allowed inside the restaurant unless they are a service dog/animal. There are person who are allergic to certain animals.

Great brunch experience with friends. Service was friendly but not overbearing. Food was delicious (I had the hot brown) and arrived quickly. Overall I'm a fan.

Amazing! Service was great, beer selection is next level when it comes to imports. The food was on point as well not to mention the fantastic waffle desserts!

We arrived, placed our order for drinks and waited no time for the drinks to arrive. We made our food selections and not five minutes later the food arrived perfectly cooked. I tend to like a lot of gravy on my biscuits and ordered more. Took longer to get the gravy than the food. Otherwise a perfect meal. Everything was absolutely delicious.

First time being at Taste of Belgium. Food was very good. A little loud for early in the morning. Service was good. Family also was surprised by how good the waffles were.

I ordered the chicken and waffles and I have to say the waffle was the worst I have ever had. It was incredibly dense and gummy! I really expected so much more from a restaurant that is supposed to specialize in waffles. Our server was very pleasant and service was prompt but sadly the food was just so-so.
