Service was very friendly and professional. Went for Monday morning breakfast and everything and I mean everything was delish. My favorite was the cinnamon roll pancakes.

I made bday reservations for a group of 9, was a wait to be seated but once seated, I received fast service and food was great. I really enjoyed my bday brunch. Will return.

The Margarita flight was worth it alone. The vibes were amazing. Food is 15/10 off the scale. Service was great. Definitely recommend and will be returning here in the future.

Always a great time at Taste. The fool is delightful, the drinks are well blended and the service was nice. I prefer upstairs or infront that’s where you’ll get the most enjoyment.

I have been coming to taste kitchen for the last 3 years. I have value the customer service and the food. I’ve always had a good time and whenever people come to visit Houston, I always suggest Taste Kitchen. Yesterday was the first time that I made a reservation. I wasn’t happy with the overall process. I am not happy with the fact that we didn’t eat up the 150 dollars that I put down for the reservation. I wasn’t able to get my money back. I was informed that I have to get a gift card. The first and last time that I will make a reservation. I would rather just show up and wait. I am disappointed in the way the reservation process is.

The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the jerk lamb chops and elevated shrimp and grits. Hands down, some of the best food I've had recently!

Great soul food as always! The parking sucks and it is very loud inside. So you have to speak up when talking at your table. The waitress was nice but had to yell because it’s so loud lol. Besides that, I looove their food.

Went for breakfast and no one came to take our drink orders for 20 minutes. Never got the coffee I ordered and waited 35 minutes for food to come out when there were only 7 other customers in there. The service doesn’t match the price of this place.

I’m from Chicago , so I def expecting a value taste of the food and this place delivered for sure m, only thing was the mamosas tower unfortunately had fruit bugs on in to but they quickly corrected the situation and had a discount

Waiter was very nice and polite. The drinks were good. The food was a disappointing considering we spent $240 on two entrees and 3 alcoholic beverages. The potatoes were cold and hard. The eggs and waffles were cold. Definitely not worth the money.

Our server Brian was awesome attentive and helpfully. We had reservations at 6:30 so it was evening but it was wayyyy too loud, we couldn’t hear ourselves. The pour of drinks vs. the cost was too high. The lambchops were amazing, lobster bites were good. Sweet potatoes were good. Greens were good taste like they were canned but still good. I am a returning customer so I’ll be back

I went for brunch with my girlfriends. Everything was absolutely amazing! The service was exceptional. Zaah (our server) was very well versed and gave us recommendations that didn’t disappoint. The manager checked in and was very pleasant. Not only do I plan to return, I intend to recommend this restaurant to all of my friends as a MUST visit in Houston. Thank you!

Visiting Houston for McDonald's All Ameri Games searched for a place to have brun What can I say we chose Taste Kitchen an exceeded all of our expectations and mor off our server Anaya was exceptional, pati knowledgeable and amazing. She got everyone's order right (10) people and wa prompt with the service. Service is a 10 ol 10 hands down. Food was amazing, enjoy everything that was served to us. I highly recommend Taste Kitchen for any meal, y won't be disappointed!

Food was just aight…but then again Houston ain’t known for their seafood. Several of my friends got the twin lobster and the lobster was not properly cooked and was really tough. I had the shrimp platter and the fries were greasy! One of my other friends got the jerk wings and they were dry. Overall I was underwhelmed and expected better. I def don’t have to go back.

Had a wonderful time at the restaurant. Did not have a clear understanding that the $50 reservation fee per person was nonrefundable for what was not spent on food and drink. Ended up ordering additional items for take home since we did not spend the full $100 from the reservation fee. This money could also not be applied towards a tip. I would’ve liked this to have been more clearly disclosed when making the reservation.

I paid $100 for a reservation, we were sat at this small table that can barely fit two people. The stools were so HARD. The wait time was LONG. The hood was so mediocre and overpriced. It definitely isn’t a place I will return to.

Food was delicious and our server Anaya was excellent and very attentive. We were there celebrating a friend’s engagement, and Anaya treated them to a dessert as a nice surprise. My only suggestion to improve the dining room experience is for Taste to get rid of the photographers. It is a bit of a nuisance to have your dinner and conversation interrupted by unsolicited photographs. Overall, will definitely return for the food and the service!

wifey and i dined here back in March of this year for the first time. the food was delicious plus everything else was excellent!!!

The food was absolutely delicious. Taste Kitchen+Bar was recommended to me by a friend and the food meet her description. I like the seating. We sat a the pub style table near the window so that added to the enjoyment. However, our waiter may have been too busy or over extended. He was inattentive. We got what we needed by asking the bartenders and other servers for items. I would still return but I think they should make sure that the servers can accommodate the table for sure. Other than that, it was ab overall great experience.
