Sleek and sexy space with innovative and creative dishes. Nestled right next to the Baccarat hotel and across the street from MoMA, the location is appealing for a quick lunch or relaxing dinner. The sushi/sashimi is incredibly fresh and high quality. The Taru Seafood Platter is a fantastic choice for those who enjoy sampling a variety of fish with fiends and the Uni-Don Pepperoncino, with its lush noodles, briny uni, and heat from the pepperoncino, is the definition of umami. It is an absolute must.

We had a wonderful birthday day for our 13 year old son. The service was incredible, food absolutely fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back!

Lovely lunch sets, good portions to share. Family-friendly, we had Steak, Sushi, and Sashimi lunch sets—fresh food and attentive service, our go-to lunch place in Midtown.

Lovely place. Knowledgeable staff who knew the menu. Food was impeccable and delivered as promised. I will definitely come again.

The restaurants is a bit hard to find so easy to miss since it is same black color as Baccarat hotel. Matter of fact is adjacent to hotel. The restaurant is spacious, nicely decorated with a beautiful huge flower arrangement as centerpiece. We have set-linch and price is very reasonable, food is good just hope tempura can be more freshly made.

Best Japanese restaurant I ever went to in NewYork, the food and the service were amazing, I love the urchin udon! Tasted fresh! Lemonade was bit bitter:) but it’s fine,you guys did a great job
