We had a business dinner of 4 last night at the Union Square location and the servers were helpful and attentive, keeping our bags in a closet, offering us options and in some cases customizing our dishes. We started with a charcuterie board which the waitress chose for us, followed by the Linguini (more round ie picci) Alle Vongole - cooked to perfection and delicious, 2 salmon dishes and the Cacio e Pepe. Everyone had dessert and each was uniquely made and scrumptious. It was a busy place but we could hear each other fine. I highly recommend this restaurant for business/small groups.

The family came here after a nearby off Broadway show. We had a reservation and our table was ready, even though the restaurant was crowded at 9 pm. We started with caesar salad and meatballs, followed by two pasta dishes (shared) and a side. All were commented on as being "very good". The staff was attentive and extremely nice. Helped make for a memorable evening. We'll definitely be back.

We were there for dinner before an off broadway show. Our reservation was held and the ambiance brought you right into Italy. Our waiter, Emanuel was amazing. Shared the specials and explained the nuances of the menu. He was very personable and attentive. The food and drinks were amazing. Wonderful flavorful pairings and the portions were plentiful. The rest of the staff was spot-on with all of our needs. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area!

Excellent homemade pasta with superb service. Our waiter went the extra mile with his recommendation of which cheeses paired best with the wine we selected. Highly recommend the spaghetti and meatballs as well as the Cacio e Pepe.

Don’t have anything bad to say about this place. I didn’t give it 5 stars only because I can’t say it was outstanding as I’ve been to other Italian restaurants that impressed me with their food more. Otherwise the whole experience was good from beginning to end. We had the mushroom pasta and salmon and split a salad. Service was great, no complaints. Would probably come back here.

We had a delightful meal! The service was excellent! Matt listened to our wishes and we were able to taste and enjoy many splendid dishes. The pesto gnocchi, the mushroom flatbread and the Caesar salad were delectable. We will be back!

Loved it. We tried the new cauliflower, Caesar salad and tuna tartare appetizers and they were incredible. The Uccellino special cocktail was so tasty and refreshing, too! Thanks to Emanuele, Matteo and the team for a great experience.

The soup and "mezzo panino" offering is brilliant and very, very good. And so is the limoncello-based dessert and pretty much everything else on the menu. Last, but positively not least, the Lavazza espresso prepared by Enrico, arguably one of the top baristas in town!

We have been here three times, always for birthday celebration. Food is good, we had the pinsa prosciutto, chitters con ballottine, Rigatoni short rib and tiramisu. Birthday girl wasn’t happy with her choice but her favorite is the prosciutto. Our server Matteo was so nice.

Met a friend for an early dinner. The food was excellent and the service helpful and friendly. We sat talking undisturbed until we finally had to ask for our check. We’ll definitely come back!

First off we were greeted and were being pushed to order before we were even served the bread basket which we had to ask for. The food was ok. Absolutely nothing special. The service was so disconnected that the person who kept coming to the table literally poured tap water in my glass of sparkling water, without any thought. The best part was my desert…the bread pudding and ice cream. The atmosphere is great for hangout for drinks, but I would not return for dinner.

We certainly do not want to push our guests to order, but just so you know in the future we do always bring out the bread after guests order. That is the typical order we follow. That said, your service should not have been that disconnected--it does not reflect our standard. Wonderful food and attentive service. My office selected this location for a team event. Service was a little slow, the acoustics were poor but it was overall very positive.

First time having lunch there, had dinner here before. The salad was good but the added chicken was the worst chicken I have ever had. Chicken tasted awful, did not even taste like chicken… great service, polite and friendly. I would rate this restaurant a 4-5 otherwise…

Arrived at the end of brunch and a shift change unbeknownst to me and my guest. So, they were out of a lot of things on the menu. We were seated next to the waiter’s service station which was noisy as was the piped in music. Food was meh. I’ll give it another try. Went again today, February 5th. Had an absolutely delightful time with good food and the same waiter. Happy to see him again. Glad I went back a second time.

I found this restaurant very pleasant for the occasion we came for. My friend just came from picking out her wedding dress with her family and her bridesmaids and it was also her birthday. The staff there gave us a complimentary dessert for her and sang happy birthday. They even greeted her and said happy birthday . I think it really made her day. My only complaint is I wish there is a way to add protein to some of the pasta options. However, I understand why they’re probably wasn’t any, but if they were to take this in the consideration, I would love to have added chicken to my dish. I don’t mind paying extra for protein so money isn’t an issue. But everything tasted delicious. I got the cacio e pepe.

To celebrate an anniversary and a birthday — during restaurant week in NYC — we looked for a new place convenient to us and our good friends we were marking the occasions with. Tarallucci e Vino fit the bill and had great reviews, I booked a reservation on OpenTable. We decided against the restaurant week menu and order a variety of dishes à la carte. The radicchio salad and meatballs were standouts… until the flourless chocolate cake which stole the show. Our server, Matteo, was on top of everything and paced the meal so that we could enjoy it without feeling rushed. We had a great time and are already considering our next visit.

Enjoyed a very relaxed brunch here with a friend, without interruptions or feeling hurried at all. Service was excellent, food was delicious, and a unique twist on your standard brunch fare. Will return to try the pizza & pastas! :)

Low key spot with a nice variety of food and drinks, really well prepared and served by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Space can be a bit tight and tables are kinda small, though.

Service was not good. They were rushing us the whole time but then still managed to forget to bring our drink order. Also terrible odor coming from the bathroom Nearby. Would not recommend.

It was meh to eh. Casio de Pepe was crap. Eggplant appetizer was decent. The salmon was good, the pesto gnocchi was bland AF. Desert was good. They charged me $21 for water at the end of the dinner. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Not very good…. Sorry. Service was very lacking on top of the pretty pricey menu.
