Friday Happy Hour w/the gals; GR8 experience, loved the food/drinks - I had not HH food, it was off the reg. menu - seafood chowder & garlic bread - YUM! And my drink was a pink lemonade slushy - more YUM! We sat in the inner patio which was perfect as we thought it may be too cold outside even though weather sunny. Service/ambience was fantastic, we had a GR8 time! Definite repeat! :)

The best patio ever and bonus it’s also on icon Granville Island. I feel like a lucky tourist each time i go to TB Bridges. Love everything here.

Beautiful day to be on the deck on Granville Island for lunch. The quality of food and level of service is very reasonable, hence why they are always so busy. I think a lot of people value that, so I hope they don’t change. Slow and steady wins the race.

We finally got away from the vultures (our children lol) ,for a much needed date night! The atmosphere is great, I mean come on it's Granville Island. Amazing view from our table, we got a secluded table for two in the corner. The food was delicious. Our server was fantastic and helped us make great choices for our meals/drinks. The dessert (Oreo Cheesecake) was godly! And to top it all off we got a parking spot without having to drive around. Thanks for helping us have a great night out!

All new staff.. it was our servers 3rd day and she was great..a few of us ordered the steak.. super over cooked… not great food. The best part was the manager gave us our food for free. I felt bad as I feel that he had to comp a lot of meals that night.

We were going to the Arts Club matinee so had lunch at Tap and Barrel beforehand. Food was good, service excellent, timing between ordering and delivery of our food was appropriate and best of all….the discount offered for Arts club patrons.. outstanding. We will be back.

Was here yesterday for lunch and back again the next evening for the Canuck’s game. Great enthusiastic crowd and we had a lot of fun. Food was really tasty, although the next time I order the Creole steak, I will order medium-rare instead of medium. Our waiter was just attentive enough because my friend and I wanted a little privacy at times. Great time.

Service was incredibly slow. The cost of drinks was ridiculous (mocktails). Food was delivered with errors and had to be returned (with no apologies for errors). Steak ordered was almost inedible it had so much gristle and connective tissue. Wasn’t worth the $350 bill. Not even close.

Seating in the upstairs dinning room gave the perfect view of the water. Service was wonderful and the food delicious. Portions were larger than expected, so great value for price. As a surprise our server gave my mom a surprise birthday treat, which was a freshly made donut tower. So cute!

On a beautiful day my friend and I had the best table on the deck. And I had the most delicious fish and chips that I have eaten in a very long time. YUM! Our waiter was wonderful - very attentive, helpful and polite. We really enjoyed ourselves and I am bringing another friend on the 25th. It will be the third time in a month that I have enjoyed your hospitality. You are my new fave.

I heard the food at Tap and Barrel Bridges was very good - from my fellow diners - because I was never served my main course. I fully understand that restaurants can get busy and there are issues in the kitchen; however, DON'T EVER LIE TO A CUSTOMER. I was told - starting at 6:45 PM after the rest of the table had finished their main courses - that my chicken dinner was "next up". Every 5 minutes I was was told that it was "on it's way". Then I was told that "a rush" had been placed on it. Eventually - at 7:15 PM - our party had to leave to attend an Arts Club show at Granville Island Stage. Yes, the chicken dinner was comped and it was given to someone in our party who was not attending the play. But if the restaurant had been honest to me from the start that I was not going to receive my dinner on time, I could have made the decision to grab a bite to eat in the Market before the show. DON'T LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!

It was my first time here since Tap and Barrel joined. My friend and I were on the 2nd floor patio and though the breeze was intermittent, it wasn't bad once we moved near the heaters! Louisa was our server and she was great! Was able to answer all questions regarding the food and friendly! Chowder was great, as well as halibut cakes! Plan to come back with my hubby! Parking is free on Granville Island after 6pm. 👌

We've been to Tap&Barrel before but it was our first visit to the Bridges location. Beautiful large venue by the water. Would make a great spot for groups and special events. The weekend happy hour brunch was a great value. Food was delicious. My drink came after the food arrived. Looking forward to more visits over the summer.

Tap and Barrels takeover of Bridges left a lot to be desired. Felt very “franchise”. The horseshoe booths lack intimacy and conversations are further hampered by the noise/music. Food was ok but not memorable. Won’t be back til the patio opens up. Sun and a view are the only things that would make this experience worth it.
