Arrived & was greeted by a lovely lady she seated us at our, another x2 lovely Waitresses also asked how we are & Manager too was also welcoming & very funny. Entree ordered thr Pork & Chive dumpling, Prawn dumpling was amazing. Mains were the LAMB Cutlets, Deep Fried Pork with Blackpepper sauce, Pineapple Fried Rice & the Kale, Brussels Sprouts, Beans, Mushrooms our food was just delicious. Definitely would come back to visit only downfall which is obly minor was our table was way too small, for the amount of food we ordered, although we were offered another table we were nearly done, still enjoyed our food, the great customer service, awesome ambience we would bring our family here.

We were sat on a table shared with another couple, the only table in the restaurant that was sharing. This made the experience really uncomfortable as it was like we were dining together. The mains were delivered while we were still eating starters! They seemed very keen to rush everyone through, not a relaxing meal experience

Absolutely incredible! Our first time dining with Tao and definitely won’t be our last. Affordable whilst still being of the highest standards, an absolutely wonderful experience start to finish.

We were told on arrival very rudely by some staff members that we would have to vacate after an hour even though booking notes leading up to the dinner stated tables over 7 would have 2hrs dining time. They then rushed out all the food, so much so we actually didn’t have space to place it all. Very disappointing service, despite the food being tasty.

Very good food. Big portions so don’t over order! Very nice waitresses. Good to see more wine that is compatible to the food (ie Riesling) as opposed to big Chardonnays.

Food was good but they ran out of a few dishes (understandable as it was public holiday). One of the waitstaff was not very friendly and helpful, could come across as being rude when taking order and clearing plates. However, other staff were very nice.

Classy and elegant ambience for a chinese restaurant. Service was friendly and attentive. The food came out super quickly as well. However, the food was a letdown. We ordered the braised pork belly, crispy tofu in salted egg yolk, peking duck 2 course, and e-fu noodles. The duck was not bad, but the pork belly was tasteless. It felt more like a local chinese restaurant, than a high end place.

Great food, great service and incredibly good value. We had a table of 11 and ordered off the main menu - orders appeared quickly and the food was superb. Love this place, an absolute treasure.

I spend a really memorable time here for my birthday with my friends, the staff was really friendly and service was great, atmosphere is also amazing for any occasions. 5 stars for everything and will definitely come back to try more food there!
