i visited recently and had a disappointing experience with the service. Despite making a reservation, we were kept waiting because the hostess gave our table to another party. This delay was frustrating and affected our dining experience. Additionally, I mentioned in my booking that it was my spouse’s birthday and kindly requested a candle to be organized. Unfortunately, not only was there no candle, but no one acknowledged my comment or the special occasion during our visit. This oversight was particularly disappointing. I hope the restaurant improves its reservation management and communication to provide a better experience for future guests. Feel free to adjust the tone or details as needed!

Service was great. Wasn’t crazy about the whole fried snapper. It arrived as fish nuggets. It seems like the restaurant lost its luster. The bathroom attendant had things taped to the mirrors for sale. Felt very downscale.

This was our 2nd time dining at Tao. The 1st time was much better. We had 5 in our party this time. The quality and taste of the food wasn’t as good: under seasoned (Chicken Lo Mein was very bland), preparation was different (the sauce for the roasted cauliflower wasn’t tossed together but at the bottom of bowl) and the duck fried rice had very little to no duck. We came for our anniversary last year and received a free dessert. This time, nothing. For almost $300, pretty disappointing…

I love their Chinese sausage fried rice with egg it was so yummy and the Berries and Bubbles drink was so cute and delicious as well

We had a group of 8 to celebrate a recent college graduation of two of my friends. I asked for them to accommodate for us and give the “birthday” treatment to these two individuals. They honored my request, the food as always was fantastic, and they made sure to exercise correct protocol for a guest who has celiac disease. Our Server JP provided excellent service and attention to detail!

Ordinary tasty food that is not as we expected per other reviews. Food portion is large and salty. Especially Miso soup is way too salty and too much for one person. Service is excellent.

New new was the best server I’ve had in a while! She was really good with recommendations and everything I got was amazing. The food and ambience was great. Will definitely be back and I’ll be asking her service as well

Everything was excellent! Dylan was our waiter. He was the best! Ambiance was so kool! Dined there many times and it never disappoints. Highly recommended!

Very, very loud. Very, very crowded. Went on a Wednesday night. Food was good. Pot stickers were very good. Shrimp roll skin was hard. Pad Thai very good. Scallops a bit salty, needed the rice to cut back on the saltiness. Molten cake was very good. Did not need the chocolate box.

Server seemed uninterested and food was not hot and wasn’t as tasty as the last time I visited. Overall very disappointing sadly as I had a great experience last year and was excited to come back.

From start to finish it was AWESOME!!! Our server was great and the food was delicious!!we were celebrating a birthday which they acknowledged!! Will definitely recommend and go again when in Vegas!!!

Another great experience dining at TAO. Each visit fails to disappoint, and my expectations are highly exceeded. Atmosphere, service, drinks and food were outstanding. Every dish we tried was filled with flavor only leaving you wanting more. Highly recommend the Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Sea Bass, Duck Fried Rice and the Potted Carrot Cake. That being said, I would order every dish we had again. Shout out to JP for the incredible service and knowledge to help enhance our culinary experience. 11/10 and will be returning. Overall great experince! Food was great and service was fantastic. The only downside would be that we were sat upstairs with 3 very large groups and it was hard to hear people at our table talk. Would come back and request something not next to large groups.
