El servicio fue increíble, siempre el equipo de tantra estuvo al pendiente de mí y nunca me faltó nada . También todas las bebidas y la comida fueron de lo mejor (en especial el futomaki) , la música fue de lo mejor. Me gustaría destacar la atención que tuve de Karla

SAFETY HAZARD We were having a good time until they “upgraded” us to the VIP section. VIP pool was not cleaned properly. We found pieces of glass in the pool and reported it, but they didn’t do anything, so we picked up the glass ourselves. We were having a joint Bachelor/Bachelorette party and the GROOM ended up stepping on GLASS in the VIP pool. BLOOD everywhere, no remorse or apologies. They tried to bring us more bottles that we didn’t order (trick they do to charge you more, so PAY ATTENTION!!) while the Groom’s foot was being attended to. If there’s blood everywhere, maybe clean that instead of bringing more bottles with sparklers?? They also got mad at us for being upset. Bride was extremely upset sine they're getting married in 2 weeks and had spent $3k USD at a negligent place. Manager (Karla) lied to us and said she would refund us a portion of the charge, but everyday there’s some excuse why they can’t send us the money. Also, they won’t refund your card and will “promise” to wire money and signs a wire transfer form. If there is a problem, immediately charge back your credit card and call your bank. If you're spending VIP money, go somewhere else that will clean the VIP pool.

Buen ambiente. El reservar no garantiza que te den la zona que indicaste, llegando me enteré que solo pagando previamente te aseguran la zona que deseas. El servicio es súper lento, solo ordenamos drinks y hookah, el sabor de los drinks nada sorprende, muy X. En otros beach clubs tienen mejor mixología y a mejor precio. DJ regular, solo pone la típica música de antro, muy poco house/electro. En general, solo recomiendo ir 1 vez y no volver, si buscas algo diferente al ambiente en CDMX-Polanco no es el lugar.

Had an amazing time at tantra today celebrating my bachelorette today at tantra. All the waiters were super helpful, food was amazing and vibes were accumulate. Our waiters were Jesus and Antonio and Jose, love my guys!!!!

The vibe was definitely on 10. We heard that Tantra played better music than Taboo so that’s why we made the choice to go to this one instead. However, in my opinion I feel like the $150 per person entry is misleading, split, half goes to the cover and the other half is towards food, hookah, etc. somehow we ended up paying an additional $174, which is outrageously absurd. The explanation they gave made absolutely no sense as we’ve seen others via social media who attended the beach club… ordering the same things we had and only paying $10-$20 for their difference. It had potential to be a great club, I’ll say book at your own risk.

Ambience and workers were very sweet and fun. They def try to upsell you on everything. The food was not good. We ordered a couple rolls and asked if we could exchange them for something else. The waiter said he couldn’t credit us for the order. We returned it either way and just ended up paying for bad food. The octopus plate and the beet salad was good. We ordered 2 of those each to not have another bad plate. Drinks are super weak.

This gave all the Tulum vibes I was looking for. Food and service was amazing. I highly recommend experiencing this place. You can do a day pass and spend a majority of your day there. It’s was so good we did it two days in a row, it’s a must go!!!

Food: ordered the whole organic chicken to share. The chicken was bland but the orange jam that accompanied it made up for it. I’d suggest ordering a side if you’re hungry. Service: greeted and treated well from the very moment we got out of the car to when we left. Ambience: great vibes and entertainment by the pool. Though some dancers appeared to be exhausted and less enthusiastic (not sure if it was because of the heat or their boredom of routine). There’s also a group of men hanging in the corner; you will be approached when heading to the toilet for the purchase of illegal substances.
