Another wonderful meal today! Ordered the carnitas fajita plate (substituted for carne asada) and zucchini tacos. Both were delicious!! Our server Karly was outstanding! Looking forward to our next dinner outing here.

Excellent service and the food is fantastic! Great Mexican cuisine! Love the rolled tacos and guacamole. The made to order churros are amazing!! Our go to Mexican restaurant.

Stopped at Tamarindo for Cinco de Mayo and booked Open Table knowing it would be busy for the holiday. The bar was prepared for the occasion. Stevei, Kelsey and Jessica CRUSHED it as the evening push went on into the night. The carnitas tacos had a huge chunk of meat in them, and it appears as though the habanero salsa changed the recipe to give it a little more kick and heat than it had a few months ago. Special thanks to Allie and Liz for making the night amazing.

Super fun dining experience ! Very vibrant ! Delicious food and drink, albeit on the pricey side . Nice anniversary churro dessert. Wish they validated parking .

Dinner was extremely disappointing. I have been here twice for lunch and both times enjoyed the chicken enchiladas. With family visiting, I took them there and the food was very salty. The enchiladas weren’t nearly as good and were salty. The chicken tortilla soup was very salty and my husband couldn’t eat it. The corn corn elite was good. Quite spicy so you need to like that. Quacamole wasn’t very good and the salsa was okay. Very disappointing overall.

Excellent food. Service was good - one diner’s dinner arrived without requested variation (sauce was not in the side, as requested) and was replaced appropriately in about 7 minutes.

First time here. Was surprised to see most items came with a side of kale salad instead of rice and beans at a Mexican restaurant. Asked for extra salsa for the entrée twice and it never showed up. Not great service. Mediocre food. Probably will not return, especially for the price.

Read a lot of reviews about this restaurant being accommodating with gluten allergies. When I informed my server of my allergy she told me there was only one dish (chicken enchiladas) that could possibly be safe for celiacs. So if you’re gluten free there’s options but if you have a gluten allergy I wouldn’t recommend coming here because they can’t guarantee no cross contamination.

We were greeted warmly and seated right away. The food was delicious and margaritas fantastic. We sat at a table with a little fire ambiance in the middle which was fun. The noise level is a little high when the restaurant is full but not enough to take away from the enjoyment of the meal. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Terrible service!!! We kept having to ask for our waiter. The food was over seasoned, and had the same hot sauce/aioli over everything. Cocktails tasted good, hence the one star, or they would have gotten a 0 out of 5. Would never go back

Tamarindo used to have a restaurant in North Park. I remember the food being much better. I had the chicken mole and it just wasn’t that impressive . The chicken looked like it was shredded from a supermarket rotisserie and the mole flavor was not that tasty.The presentation on the plate was just blah. My husband ordered short ribs and it was a piece of meat on the middle of his plate. And it wasn’t cheap. The margaritas and chips and salsa were delicious and the waiter was the best thing about the experience. But I wouldn’t go back.

We had a great night celebrating a birthday. The wait staff provided excellent and friendly service. Surprised our friend with a small dessert and a candle to blow out. We were impressed.
