Wonderful experience! Owner will also be present greeting everyone, she is extremely sweet! First time going was an overall wonderful experience, the set up, the staff was all great!

The food was most excellent. Delicious and good sized portions. The service was good but not quite excellent. Valet parking is $15 and street parking was not readily available. All that being said, would definitely come back.

Was really looking forward to try this place but it was not worth it at all. It took an hr to get our food even though it wasn’t busy. They told us there was a mix up in the kitchen and although they gave a discounted for waiting, the food was just not good. The burger was extremely salty and the chicken was just off. I would never go back.

The host and the servers were completely confused. We waited 40 minutes passed our reservation time to be seated. Three different people approached us to seat us and we still had to wait. The server had zero etiquette. They didn't have the bottle of wine we ordered so he offered a different bottle and was holding the bottle sideways and showing me the back label. The food was just awful. I really wanted just one thing to taste good. We ordered the tuna tartare and burrata as appetizers and it was underseasoned and not good. The entrees- white truffle pasta, filet mignon and pistachio crusted sea bass. The pasta was just too buttery and not good. The filet was fatty and gross-maybe it wasn't even a filet. The sea bass was inedible- burnt bottom, no pistachio, fishy. Thye basically took fried fish from the grocery store and deep-fried it. It was disgusting. I really wanted to like this place but absolutely NOTHING about it was good, sadly!

Be aware when you leave the tip. I was celebrating my wife birthday, and we decided to try something new. The spot looked good. Menu is very pricey $44 for a pasta. We decided to get a fry burrata $24 as appetizer and short ribs plate $46 and a Steak $56. We asked for two glasses of white wine from the menu and they were not available, so we had to switched with a different wine. When we asked for the dessert menu, the waitress said that was only available a bread puddy, because the rest was sold out. On Friday night at 8:30pm with a restaurant half empty only one dessert left ? Anyway was a little bummer since we wanted to celebrate my wife bday at least with a candle and dessert. The worst part is when we asked for the check. Check came with 18% tip included, but even worst they also suggested on the check to add another 18% tip (suggestion or tricky move ?). I thought it was a little strange so I asked the waitress just to make sure, I didn’t understand the check wrong and she reply, yes we always add the 18%, and when I said that it was very unusual since I lived over 10 yrs in this country and never happened to me, she replied saying “oh weird all the restaurants does it”. Anyway I signed and that’s it. Don’t think was a very honest move since it will be very confusing and risk the tip twice. Discrete food, very pricey… be aware oh the tip. They play a weird game.

We had high hopes for this place but the food was very basic. From the limited selection on the brunch menu to the quality and the price, it was just basic. The staff was knowledgeable but not very attentive. On the other hand, the front desk was great , the restaurant is well designed and the space flows well.

for this price point, there are far finer restaurants in far less weird spaces well worth $45 entrees. too odd an experience to be worth a second try

It was a little disappointing. It was very cold - all doors open and want a nice night. The ceaser salad was good and so was the shrimp pasta but the tuna appetizer had so much mayonnaise it ruined the taste. I won’t return

Our server was outstanding, and the drinks were good. We waited 1 hr. for our mains which showed up at different times, and at different temperatures. One meal was outstanding. The other was improperly cooked. There was some back and forth when this was pointed out, but it was all sorted out in the end.

Overall when we first arrived it was a good vibe, it’s a party atmosphere, our waiter was definitely there to have a good time on the clock , but he wasn’t as on point when it came to orders and remembering what we had, several times a second server had to step in to help. Also I was charged a reservation fee that wasn’t refunded or applied to my bill, which should be returned it was $5 per person. Overall the location is cool, I will give them a second chance but they have to get a bit more order in the restaurant and bring the food faster.

My first time and I totally enjoyed. The drinks were yummy. I ordered the southern meal. The syrup was amazing w/my chicken strip & waffles. Next I will order eggs w/it!!! I will be back!

Over priced, paid for an $18 drink which the glass was half full. Ordered Armenian breakfast, French nuggets, and sides. None of the food was delivered at the same time. French nuggets came out about 15 mins before before the Armenian breakfast then the sides started trickling in a side of eggs, 10 minutes later another side of eggs which were poached, but we had ordered fried, 15 minutes later a side of baked potatoes, then two sides of smoked salmon when we were almost done with our meal and another side of fried eggs came to the table. I requested my untouched Armenian breakfast to be packet for me since they gave me about 10 eggs in my plate. They tasted ok, the staff told me that they didn’t pack the food. I am from East coast where no one EVER packs their food at a table of a nice restaurant. Lost points there, when asked for the check they brought it however, the table had not been cleared. Lost more points there. The ambiance was good when we first arrived however, as time passed the music became so loud you could not hear across the table. The drinks were weak and missing half the glass. The French nuggets had an after taste of eggs🤮 The smoked salmon was good and so were the baked potatoes. There was a smell of wet dogs when one came in the restaurant that never went away. Then the last insult there is an 18% charge for parties 1 or more yet you do not clean my table? We had to move the plates in order to sign. Aaah forgot! Wanted bottomless mimosas guava flavor, they had 5 flavors however our waitress apologized that they only had two flavors. For brunch they advertised all these flavor for lemonades and mimosas but only actually have two?! It looks like they do not prep well a brunch…however they have eggs galore! I think my cholesterol rose 30 points! Whoever did their marketing pictures ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So saw this place from an IG ad. First off let me say that the marketing that they do to get you to this place is phenomenal! Now once you are there (Echo Park) it’s a beautiful building and has great decor. Valet is $15 but you can possibly find parking near by. On Wednesday & Thursday they offer unlimited tacos for $25 and unlimited Margaritas for $50. Now here is where they get you. Chicken, steak, and pork carnitas Is the $25 deal. If you want the shrimp tacos (which are the best out of all of them) or the fish tacos it’s going to be an extra $10 each time!!! The chicken and steak tacos were soooo dry it was very sad. No sauce comes on the tacos whatsoever. The shrimp tacos were very tasty but the only problem is that it took about 45/50 mins just to get our first round of tacos which you can only get 3 at a time. Oh & these are street taco size. The Margaritas were so bad after we asked for them to be remade they still came back horrible and we had to just send back all together because they literally tasted like cough syrup. I had strawberry and my friend had the Mango and both were just horrible we just asked for water instead. Also as I stated earlier the margs are $50 for unlimited but if you want a flavored one then that’s an extra $10 as well. It took about the same amount of time to get a drink as it did for the food. Service was not up to par although our server was very nice! The place wasn’t even packed and then some new people were seated and no one served or even went and checked on the new tables for 30mins and those customers decided to get up and leave because no one ever went over to them until they were all getting up to leave. INSANE!!!! (3 tables btw) I was so excited to try this place that I drove from Beverly Hills just to see what the hype was about but trust me when I say there is no hype. Just a waste of money and an empty stomach. Hope they get it together because it’s such a pretty place!

The reservation fee was not applied to the bill. This needs to be correctly updated on Yelp to reflect that it’s a holding fee. The hostess couldn’t multitask and kept walking away to do other things instead of having us seated. We waited outside I. The cold while others were invited to wait at the bar. My waffles were I overcooked and I had them remade and they were still overcooked. The gratuity that’s automatically added is insane. For 3 ppl we had to automatically tip 18% for mediocre service and food. Not worth the time and money.

I recently dined at Tal's On Sunset and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Parking options were limited to $15 valet or hunting for street parking, which was not ideal. However, upon entering, I was impressed by the charming decor, particularly suited for evening ambiance. The drinks, notably the Dreamy Creamy Vodka, were delightful. Yet, the excitement dwindled as we waited an excruciating two hours for our food to arrive. Our order included the Southern Surprise and Peach Cobbler Pancakes, both of which were disappointingly dry and flavorless. Even the eggs, typically a safe bet, were lackluster. The chicken strips were overcooked to the point of being burnt. The lack of toilet paper in the restroom was another inconvenience, as I was handed a roll of paper towels instead. Despite voicing my concern, it took a considerable amount of time for the issue to be addressed. Kudos to the waiter Leo for promptly refunding our meal, and for having great customer service, but the overall experience left much to be desired. I wouldn't recommend Tal's On Sunset for dining, but perhaps it's better suited for drinks at the bar. Overall, a very disappointing visit.

The food was decently good but my main problem is the theft. I dined here on Easter and they require you to pay a deposit to make reservations at which they claim the deposit will be applied to your bill but when the bill came it was never applied. I asked and they said Open Table will be refunding it back after 3 days which never happened. I’m now trying to get my $30 deposit back from them and I’m just getting sent in circles by the restaurant staff. Very corrupted!

My friend and I went for the unlimited tacos and margaritas on Wednesdays. You should know it’s a single price for unlimited tacos, and an additional price for unlimited margaritas. If you decide to do this, everyone at the table must participate. While the tacos were good, I think they underestimated how much they needed to prep for the special. There were a lot of tables that were left waiting for their food for a long time, and in the 90 minutes we were allowed to eat, We only got two rounds because it took so long. Eventually, we did get our third round, but we practically had to wait 30 minutes between each plate of tacos. I think this place has a lot of promise and I could tell they were a little understaffed. I would like to come again another day and give them another try.

Our group received poor service. My group were encouraged to leave a review by our server. We went for bottomless tacos and margaritas after seeing a social media video about this promotion. Initial, we received tasty tacos and margaritas, but as the restaurant become busy, after waiting over a hour, several wrong taco orders were brought out to our table and undrinkable margaritas. I got the feeling the restaurant was 1) understaffed and 2) not prepared to handle their Wednesday bottomless tacos. We ended up staying for 2.5 hours and received 3-6 tacos, one drinkable drink, and several undrinkable drinks. The restaurant offered "free" drinks to make up for the long wait time, but those drinks were also not drinkable either. My party requested to speak to the manager for over 30 minutes, but the manager was busy. Several tables (up to 3) sitting next to my group experienced the same poor, delayed service, and ended up leaving.

The food was delicious. I had the waffles with eggs and bacon I enjoyed the salty and sweetness of the food. My plus one has the steak burrito and he enjoyed the green salsa. He felt it was super authentic and loved the balance of the spice. We also ordered the hush puppies and that was scrumptious the only thing I will criticize on how toasty it was, we wished it was a bit softer. Overall the loved the experience, the food, and how attentive the waiters were. I felt welcome and really appreciated for being I. Their prescience. I can’t wait to come back to try the blueberry waffles and the sliders.

This place is awesome. I found this place on the IG , shoutout to social media . Jamie was just a great waiter and very attentive.! I got a steak burrito and bottomless mimosas. My friend got the Belgian waffle and it was almost a sandwich. I would highly recommend this establishment for brunch because the vibes are nice . You get a craft of champagne and they bring you 4 different juices... orange , mango , peach and strawberry.

Went for brunch. Each ordered one sangria, wagyu sliders , fries , and the Armenian breakfast. The food took very long to come out. I saw the Armenian breakfast on Instagram and it looked nothing like that when it came out and they gave me extremely stale. Hard bread I had to ask for fresh bread overall the plate wasn’t worth it for the price. Our total came out to alittle over $100, which is way more than I usually pay for brunch for two. On top of that gratuity is automatically included. Which I do not like. The server was really great and attentive . The music was great the vibe and look at the restaurant was also great. Not good parking available valet is available but not much street parking. we sat on the outdoor patio and there was a sewer smell that would come in and out and they were lighting incense I think to mask the smell.

Our bartender/server went above and beyond to be helpful. But unfortunately the menu is ill-thought, overpriced, not very tasty. Fries and Brussels sprouts came out soggy as if from frozen and not properly revived or fried. The scallops were very strange. Tuna tartare was fine. Fried Burrata a little weird. Music super loud, only a few other dinners came throughout the course of a Thursday evening.
