Our business model is unusual for the restaurant industry. We believe that if we invest in the best possible ingredients and people, and focus our resources on presentation and environment, our customers will recognize the difference and will be excited to return and share their experience with others. We believe that a cocktail should be the creative expression of its author, and that a good meal must be an artistic blend of flavor, aroma and color. A true dining experience should involve an awakening of all of the senses and we hope to bring this delight to our guests...again, and again, and again.

Great food always but service was not nearly as good as past visits . Slow day and server seemed to be a bit distracted .

Very delicious and reasonable lunch. Ahi tacos and ahi salad were both very good.

All the good was cold, drinks were warm, and the food was not great as it lacked salt and flavor in general

Great high quality Mexican food, great service. Drinks were great too! Only thing I would say is it got really hot where we were sitting inside because all the doors were open - it’s Palm Springs so I expect hot but we were sweating mid-enchilada 😂 - loved it tho! Will be back.

I always bring out of town guests here and they always love it, and I do too. Yesterday was no exception. Service was perfect. Food delicious. I had the fish tacos and my friend had the chicken tacos. Excellent. Oh - and the Guac is the best in the valley - tied with Clandestino -your other restaurant.

So happy we decided to try a new spot for Mexican food in Palm Springs. Their unique menu items were fabulous and so was the Tres Agaves cocktail. We will definitely go back. Loved the avocado bites!
