We made a reservation for our son’s birthday and several folks traveled quite a distance to be with us for the celebration. We were looking forward to gather together and share some of our favorite foods. When we arrived the restaurant was closed - no notification to anyone who had made a reservation, just closed. That kind of business practice is all we need to know about Taboon Mediterranean.

Went out to a spur of the moment dinner with my husband and was beyond pleased. The food was great as was the service!!

The staff was friendly and very attentive. I dined with a party of 6 and everyone seemed to enjoy the food and the portions were generous . We shared the mezza appetizer which was delicious and definitely enough for the 6 of us. I ordered a chicken bowl which was tasty but the chicken kabob was overcooked.

Taboon never disappoints. Made a reservation for Valentines Day dinner and the ambiance was lovely with their outdoor and indoor string lights. We always start with the delicious cauliflower appetizer. Portion is very generous and could even be plenty as a vegetarian lunch meal. Lamb and beef kebabs were well seasoned and tender, and love all the different “extras” on the plate: roasted tomato and onion, the bright purple pickles in addition to two types of rices, hummus, salad and bread. A nice treat for the holiday was a box of chocolates they gave that we took home for dessert! Very nice people running the place, also. 👍🏼 Street parking can be iffy but not impossible.

Restaurant was in a nice area off the main street. We had made a reservation for 6:15 but the light freeway traffic had us arrive 1/2 hour early. They seated us anyway. They have inside and covered outdoor seating. We sat inside. It's a large restaurant. The waiter promptly brought us the menus and we ordered our drinks. They serve beer and wine and offer some cocktails. We ordered two appetizers to start, the pickles and the halloumi cheese. The pickle plate was very ample and the cheese was tasty matched with the pita bread. My husband ordered the salmon entree and I had the lamb kabab wrap. This was a lot of food. Took most of mine home for a second meal. The lamb was done medium and the cooks did a good job. My husband's salmon was also perfect. We will be coming back!
