Ce clubhouse comprend la plus belle terrasse de Whistler donnant sur le golf et le lac Vert, une salle à manger aux pierres apparentes ainsi qu'un agréable salon avec cheminée. Le chef exécutif Eric Gilchrist privilégie les ingrédients frais et naturels provenant de fermes locales et des océans. We had a delicious Mother’s Day brunch. Both the food and staff were great and the patio made for a wonderful experience.

The food was delicious. The service was not. When guests order 3 course meal and some other guests have to wait for main this is not OK. You should ask guests if they are OK to wait for their one main while the others get their starters.

We so wanted to love our dining experience after reading the reviews. We started our evening sitting outside having cocktails on the patio overlooking the lake and golf course. The weather was ideal and the cocktails innovative. We thought this was the start to a great evening. We opted for the 3 course spring special and the prime rib special. The beef carpaccio was served on a thick slice of French bread and was more like a bruschetta. The salad had fresh spring greens, but needed more dressing. The arctic char had a crispy skin but was overcooked. The prime rib came with gravy and tasted like it was cooked sous vide. We were expecting a more traditional preparation-roasted and served au jus. Our server disappeared for the last part of our meal. We would certainly go back for cocktails and bar food as the outdoor patio is magical. Unfortunately, dinner didn't deliver.

We had a lovely evening celebrating a birthday at Table 19. Everyone in our group was happy with their meals and service provided by our nice and knowledgeable server. Some of us opted for the spring 3 course deal which offered something for everyone and others chose items off the full menu. Overall, we had a great time and the food was delicious. We’ll be back for sure when the patio opens to enjoy the great apres menu as well!

Great to hear you had a nice time at T19, thanks for sharing. We will be closed from April 25 - May 2 to prepare for the summer and open full force for patio season as of May 3rd!
