We visited for Mother's Day, arriving early when it wasn't busy. Despite this, we experienced exceptionally long waits at every stage. Our drinks were served sporadically, and one was forgotten. Appetizers were brought out one by one. We had to repeatedly remind the staff that we hadn't placed our main dish order yet. Meanwhile, other patrons who arrived later had ordered and received their meals. I wish I could rate the experience a zero. Ultimately, we left without finishing but not before our Mother's Day lunch was ruined.

Horrible experience…food was gross!! We went with another couple, ordered appetizers which came out within minutes, obviously these dishes are prepared ahead of time and barely heated and served warm. Worst veggie samosa I’ve ever had. The aloo chaat was another disappointment also barely warm. The entrees arrived within a second of the last appetizer. One person ordered lamb vindaloo spicy and it arrived with zero heat level, the mushroom vegan dish had peas that were cooked through, the chicken tikka masala has huge chunks of precooked chicken which were dry and tasted old, barely heated through, thrown into a lousy version of a sauce.

Hey Ms. Chin, Wow talk about shooting oneself in the foot or should we say in the food. You mentioned 5dishes in your review and we managed to mess up every single one. We are lost for words we really don't know as to how or what happened, but we must say this that we do apologize for the experience you had. Ms. Chin we've been in this food service business for a while now and we must Thank your friends and you for stopping by. What happened is what you mentioned, we are way way better than that and the reviews across all platforms be it on Yelp, TripAdvisor, OpenTable and Google showcase just that. Do stop by unannounced at any of our locations and enjoy our hospitality. As for the food being not fresh, well all our dishes are custom prepared and made only when we get an order.

Always amazing. We normally go to the location in winter park but tried this one and it was just as good. We got the pani puri, saag paneer, and malai kofta and it was all delicious.

My own fault for not realizing this restaurant is in a low budget hotel. That said, the place was very nice inside. After reading the reviews we were looking forward to a delicious dinner but that didn't happen. We waited a long time for someone to acknowledege that we were standing there waiting to be seated. Once we were I watched all the those after us have the same if not worse experience. It doesn't take anything for staff walking by to say someone will be right with you. The food was mostly just meh but the naan bread was hard, dry and cold. The waiter said it is made fresh everyday (??) and was gracious enough to take it off the bill.

My wife and daughter each had lamb and enjoyed their meals. I had goat and found it and the sauce which was supposed to be spicy hot was not spicy and virtually tasteless. The service was excellent. Our server was pleasant and helpful. Overall it was a nice way to celebrate my birthday and we would return in the future.

Business dinner for 3, first time at Tabla. For milder palettes it was perfect with flavor. Of course there is an option for spicy. I like the deco of the place. The white chairs however make the place seem a little rundown due to dye from peoples clothing discoloring the white. The deco is neither here nor there, the key is the food! We all loved it so it will be added as a choice option for dinning in Orlando.

This is probably the worst Indian restaurant I’ve ever been to and i’ve been to a lot. Most of the food tasted stale. The naan was decent and the drinks were ok. We ordered a shrimp dish which contained a few shrimp, mostly curry and vegetables. The lamb was also flavorless. We complained to the server who was rude and just didn’t care. Expensive dinner and very disappointing dining experience.

Quick to take our order then never saw our server again. Got apps and had to wait 10 minutes before getting silverware and plates. Had to chase down waiter to get them and by that time god was cold. Horrible service for a place that wasn’t busy.

Service was really slow and there was significant delay in order. My Son almost finished his food and they forgot his drink. I had to keep reminding different waiters. We wanted to have dessert and they just got us the bill. Their mild is really spicy so just be careful while ordering.

Friday was our first time at the restaurant. My husband has traveled to India on business and has had authentic Indian food at good restaurants in India. I am more limited in my experience with Indian food. I ordered a yellow curry with vegetables and a coriander soup. The flavors and sauces in both were wonderful, but what I did not like as much was the almost raw, finely chopped vegetables in both. My husband ordered lamb biryani. He loved the flavors but commented that the lamb could have been more tender. His salad with peanut dressing was good and the garlic nan was very good. We will definitely go back and try more dishes.

It was a spur of the moment dinner. For a Tuesday night, it was quite busy. The server mentioned we'd ordered her favorite appetizer, it was delicious! We had a great main course and some delectable naan. Washed it down with a few Taj Mahal's. It was our first of many trips to Tabla.

Delicious! Loved the chicken tikka masala and the naan. Fish was too spicy but was replaced with dal which was quite nice as well. Above average Indian spot.

We love Indian food. It was delicious in fact a few items better than our favorite place in Chicago. They have a wide variety of Asian food and can accommodate meat lovers, gf, and vegan. Worth going off Wdw or Universal to get something outside the park. Service was great. Server Angelica was helpful and made sure we got the right food and the right spice level

This was my first time at Tabla. The food was pretty delicious. The place was nice. Difficult to find parking. Theres no labeled parking area for the restaurant. When it was time to pay it seemed like the waitress was rushing us to pay and leave. The workers did have the habit of reaching over our food to gather our empty dishes. I ordered the chicken biryani (SPICY) and it was good. My girlfriend ordered the Tabla Chicken Curry and she really enjoyed her food as well. She loved the basmati rice. It was a date night and it was a great one.

As a South Indian, I truly judge the daylights out of Indian restaurants. I will say the atmosphere, service and Mango Lassi were amazing! The food = HOME MADE RECIPES!! You can tell!! Since moving to FL I have struggled to find an Indian restaurant that just tasted homemade and I found it here…my only upset is that it’s not in Tampa haha. I’ll be back.

Definitely a hidden gem - we have been looking for a great Indian cuisine restaurant and have finally found one in Orlando - Tabla is OUTSTANDING - food is great - service was wonderful - Shruti went above and beyond. There are multiple locations in the Orlando area - we are at the Major Blvd location near Universal Studios. Highly recommend it. They also offer some Chinese and Thai options - something t o consider in future visits, but the Indian cuisine is very, very good.

The paneer makhani food I got was not great at all. The paneer was not soft. The pakoras for appetizers were not great.

We never prepare our food before we get our orders. Same goes for the pakoras as we have Vegan, Jain, and mix pakoras.
