We had a great first experience at Symmetry! The dining room was clean and comfortable. We were seated right away. The female server (sorry I don’t remember her name was prompt and able to answer our questions about wine and food. Everything we ordered was excellent and served at the proper temperature. Staff members were attentive and checked back as appropriate. The manager/owner checked on us as well as chatted with other diners. We will definitely return!

Rich & delicious food. I would be more circumspect in my ordering next time- everything was very rich. Steaks outstanding. Sides are a la carte. It was surprisingly easy to get a table Thursday evening. Service was fantastic.

Tonight, my California Ladies and I experienced Symmetry for the first time, and it was nothing short of fantastic. Adjusting to our Oklahoma life, being California transplants, we found a gem in this restaurant. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. Our servers, Tevin and Amy, were exceptional—attentive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making our dining experience memorable. We started our evening with appetizers and cocktails. The Ciabatta bread and spread, along with the Korean Duck wings, set the tone for what would be an amazing meal. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the presentation was beautiful. For our main course, we had a variety of dishes: the Caesar Salad, Pork Chop, and the special of the night—a Wagyu Steak cut topped with Lobster Oscar. Each dish was cooked to perfection. The Pork Chop was tender and juicy, the Caesar Salad crisp and fresh, and the Wagyu Steak was an indulgence we won't soon forget. The Lobster Oscar topping added a luxurious touch. The sides were just as impressive. The Garlic Mashed Potatoes, topped with Marrow Butter, were creamy and decadent. Every bite was a delight. Our meal was so exceptional that we just had to express our gratitude to the chef. Chef Glenn came out to our table, accompanied by Dave and Austin, and we had the pleasure of thanking him in person. It was clear that the passion and dedication of the entire team at Symmetry contributed to our wonderful dining experience. We left Symmetry feeling full, satisfied, and already looking forward to our next visit. If you find yourself in the area, do yourself a favor and check them out. The combination of outstanding food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a must-visit.

We had a very nice, longer than usual dinner. Catching up with a dear friend. We were not rushed, and they continued to check on us for more water. Very pleasant dining experience.

Service fails included underdone steak, unwanted chives in the garlic mash potatoes and 2 errors on the final check. The space was smaller or more intimate than expected but nicely appointed. A little more light would have been nice particularly since our reservation was before 6pm. The bar area was 3-4 feet from our table and was also very noisy and disruptive. In addition, the Wine selection was limited but I enjoyed my Cab anyway. I think most people might enjoy Symmetry but I think I’ll keep looking for my “go to” steakhouse.

Early mother’s day celebration. Everything was wonderful. The food was absolutely amazing. Bone Marrow and blistered shishito peppers to start and the salmon and pork chop for dinner. Had the a gratin potatoes and brussels sprouts for sides. Big portions… exquisite taste. can’t wait to go back.
