Waited for over an hour for my entree. Everyone else was done long before mine showed up. They comped the super late dish, but did nothing else. When it finally came out, it appeared to be missing ingredients.

Food here is always good. But this last meal was a disaster. My wife’s food arrives 30 minutes after mine. I was finished eating when she got ir. We had to ask the aerver where the food was! Ridiculous.

Birthday celebration was excellent but shared table seating for 7 wasn't good, too far from each other and too loud to hear. Server Liz was awesome, as was all of the dishes we shared. Loved the food, atmosphere and service, just wrong set up for a group dinner.

delicious food made to order! everything tasted very fresh and flavorful. I got the son in law and my boyfriend got the chicken fried rice - both were super good! as were the margs and dessert cookies. can't wait to go back.

We had a wonderful experience and a great meal. Highly recommend sitting outside, as it is much quieter and easier to have a conversation. Our server was friendly and attentive—just right combination of helpful and attentive without being too much. All four of us loved the meal. Favorites were Crispy Pork and Shrimp Shu Mai appetizer, Son in Law, Chicken Pad Thai and Crab Fried Rice (so much crab!). Didn’t love the Carrot Cake, though it was strongly recommended. Overall, a great dining experience!

Great appetizers and lengthy drink menu with non-alcoholic options at well. The food was good, but we didn't order the best. Chicken and Mushroom Dumplings and Chili Mango Salad were great appetizers. The fried rice was amazing, while the fried chicken and jungle curry were not our favorite. Overall, would come back again and was a fun restaurant.

Believe it or not, their fried chicken is the best! Tried the jelly beer: different, but drink it either way a friend as it’s huge.

Many items were extremely delayed, one of which being an entree. It was ultimately removed from the bill, but was not noticed until we asked about it multiple times.

It is unfair to compare Sway with other Thai restaurants, I know, especially those in Seattle or Portland, but those are the comparisons I have known. Sway was nice, the food very good. But it was not at the level of the best in those two cities.

as always, we had a fantastic meal! our server recommended a new dish that we hadn’t tried, and like everything at sway this, it was unique and delicious.

As this was our first time here, we took all of our excellent waitress' recommendations. Food was literally outstanding. Such an amazing meal. Made better by sitting outside in great Austin weather❤️

I always get great service, food, and ambiance at Sway. Unfortunately lately the food size has been cut in half for the same or more money. Very disappointing.

We chose and dish and asked to make it vegan. We were served egg in it. We don’t expect such mistakes from a food restaurant.

We love the Tom Kha! But we do miss the old chicken entree preparation…that one was much better than the current one. The old one was perfect!

Our first time at the Westlake location. We loved the other 2 locations, Domain and S Congress. The food was incredible and the HH specials on spirits was impressive. Totally worth 5 stars

We enjoyed the food however there is absolutely no spice in the dishes we ordered (chicken fried rice and son in law). I like my Thai food a LITTLE spicy and that just wasn’t even an option. It was tasty but simply bland. I had to find my waitress to order another cocktail. No water refills ever came. Probably won’t be back.

Not as good as it used to be. For these prices, I shouldn’t have to sit 2 feet back from the table because they sit a person 6’4” next to me.

Great dinner spot. Love the ambiance there. It’s large, shared tables so don’t be surprised when you get sat next to other people. High quality food that’s worth the price. Short rib dumplings had amazing flavors. The son in law was delicious. Perfectly cooked meat with a nice level of spice. That with the perfectly cooked egg was to die for. My girlfriend got the pad Thai and that was fantastic as well. Everything looked so delicious that we forgot to take photos. Whenever I’m back in Austin, I’m going again.

Food was ok, for the price I expected better. At least better quality of chicken. I felt like I got scraps of rotisserie chicken in my pad thai and for an additional $6.00? Definitely could’ve been better. The hostess guy definitely could’ve been nicer. Ambiance was perfect, the place was super cute, waitress was super nice even though she got part of our order wrong. Wouldn’t revisit.
